Provided are a circuit unit for a lamp and the lamp including the circuit unit. The circuit unit for the lamp may include: a first power stage receiving a first power signal from an Alternating Current (AC) power supply, performing an Alternating Current—Direct Current (AC-DC) conversion for the first power signal to generate a second power signal and performing a dimming signal conversion for the first power signal to generate a first dimming signal, and a second power stage connected with the first power stage to receive the second power signal output from the first power stage, herein, the second power stage adjusts the second power signal based on at least the first dimming signal, in this way a third power signal is generated, and the second power stage provides a light-emitting unit of the lamp with the third power signal to drive the light-emitting unit.

The present application discloses an illuminating device and a method for driving the illuminating device. The illuminating device comprises: an LED illuminating module; a mains supply operation module, comprising an LED driving unit; and a ballast operation module, comprising a simulation filament unit, a first detection unit, a second detection unit, a switch unit, a first start unit and a second start unit; wherein when the illuminating device is in a mains supply operation mode, the LED driving unit is used for driving the LED illuminating module; when the illuminating device is in a magnetic ballast operation mode, the first detection unit detects a voltage signal or frequency signal of the simulation filament unit and outputs a first detection signal, and after receiving the first detection signal, the first start unit enables the switch unit to be in a conducting state and drives the LED illuminating module; and when the illuminating device is in an electronic ballast operation mode, the second detection unit detects a voltage signal or frequency signal across both ends of the illuminating device and outputs a second detection signal, and after receiving the second detection signal, the second start unit enables the switch unit to be in a conducting state and drives the LED illuminating module.

Illuminating device and method for driving illuminating device

A driver for a Light Emitting Diode (LED) comprises a main circuit of a Ringing Choke Converter (RCC), a driving circuit of the RCC, and a first adjustment module. The main circuit of the RCC comprises: an energy input terminal, an energy output terminal, and a control terminal. The energy input terminal is configured to receive an input voltage. The energy output terminal is coupled to the LED and configured to provide an output current to the LED. The control terminal is configured to receive a driving signal. The driving circuit comprises a driving signal output terminal coupled to the control terminal, and is configured to provide the driving signal to the main circuit via the driving signal output terminal. The first adjustment module is coupled between the energy input terminal and the driving signal output terminal, and is configured to adjust the driving signal according to the input voltage.

Driver for LED and LED system

A driving circuit is provided in this present disclosure, the driving circuit includes a voltage input module, a quick start module and a control module. The voltage input module includes a first input terminal and a second input terminal and is configured to receive an alternating current voltage and convert the alternating current voltage into a direct current voltage. The quick start module is coupled to the voltage input module and configured to receive the direct current voltage and convert the direct current voltage into a startup voltage. The control module is coupled to the quick start module and configured to receive the startup voltage and control a load, wherein the quick start module comprises a first resistor and a second resistor connected in series and is coupled between the first input terminal and the control module.

The no-neutral switch may include a switch element, the switch element has a first end connected to a power supply and a second end connected to a load, and the zero-crossing detection device may include: a sampling module configured to sample a first signal of the first end of the switch element and a second signal of the second end of the switch element; a comparison module configured to compare a deviation of the first signal and the second signal with a preset threshold; and a computing module configured to compute a zero-crossing point of the power supply according to a comparison result of the comparison module and the preset threshold.

The present application relates to an under cabinet light interface device and lighting device interface device, the under cabinet light interface device includes: a power input interface, configured to be connected to an under cabinet light power source, so as to acquire an input alternating current from the under cabinet light power source; a power output module, configured to receive, by means of a circuit, the input alternating current from the power input interface, convert the input alternating current into an output current, and output the output current to appliances connected to the power output module; a dimmer detection module, provided between the power input interface and the power output module, and is configured to detect whether a dimmer is connected to the power input interface; and a first switch device, provided between the power input interface and the power output module, and configured to: disconnect a circuit connection between the power input interface and the power output module if the dimmer detection module detects that a dimmer is connected to the power input interface, and conduct the circuit connection between the power input interface and the power output module if the dimmer detection module detects that no dimmer is connected to the power input interface.

Provided is an LED lamp circuit, comprising an LED luminous component circuit, a rectifier circuit, and an output control circuit coupled between the LED luminous component circuit and the rectifier circuit. The LED luminous component circuit comprises at least one light-emitting diode. The rectifier circuit is configured to output a rectified voltage to the LED luminous component circuit. The output control circuit comprises a voltage regulator circuit and a control switch circuit. The voltage regulator circuit comprises a thermosensitive device and a voltage divider connected in series. The thermosensitive device can regulate the control voltage at both ends of the control switch circuit. To protect the LED lamp, the control switch circuit disconnects when the control voltage is less than the threshold voltage of the control switch circuit.

A lighting apparatus driver is provided, comprising: a power supplier to supply power to a lighting load; and a discrete PWM dimming circuit, the PWM dimming circuit is to receive PWM signal, and to control the switching of the power supplier based on the PWM signal, wherein the power supplier is capable of being turned off by the PWM dimming circuit.

Provided is a lighting driving circuit for supplying power to a plurality of LED channels, having an input-output synchronous switch circuit synchronously connected to an input and an output of the lighting driving circuit, a rectifier circuit, a power conversion circuit, a power output having an output capacitor, and a discharge circuit connected to the switch circuit and an input end of the rectifier circuit and to the output capacitor. The plurality of LED channels are connected between the power output and the switch circuit, and the switch circuit is configured to simultaneously perform a switching operation of the power supplied to the plurality of LED channels to remove any inrush current to the LED load and send a sense signal to the discharge circuit to discharge the output capacitor.

Lighting driving circuit and method for removing inrush current in LED channels

A single-stage driver for an LED device, configured to be coupled between a power supply and the LED device, comprises: a rectifier, a DC-to-DC converter, a resistor and a controller. The rectifier is configured to be coupled to the power supply and convert an alternating voltage from the power supply into a first direct voltage. The DC-to-DC converter, which comprises at least two switches, is coupled between the rectifier and the LED device and configured to receive the first direct voltage and provide a constant current to the LED device. The resistor is configured to be coupled in series with the LED device. The controller is coupled between the resistor and the at least two switches, and configured to keep the current through the LED device stable around a predetermined current value by controlling the switches based on a voltage across the resistor, wherein all the at least two switches are turned on or off synchronously.

An LED lamp protection circuit comprising: a driving circuit, a rectifier circuit coupled with the driving circuit, an LED luminous component circuit coupled with the rectifier circuit, and an arcing protection circuit coupled between the rectifier circuit and the LED luminous component circuit. The arcing protection circuit and the LED luminous component circuit are connected in parallel. When the LED lamp works under a normal condition, the arcing protection circuit is in blocking state. When at least one circuit between the rectifier circuit and the LED luminous component circuit opens, the arcing protection circuit is turned on, the driving circuit and the arcing protection circuit form a loop circuit to extinguish arc.

The present invention discloses an LED lamp adapted to work in a circuit that contains a magnetic ballast. The LED lamp comprises a bridge rectifier, a filter capacitor, an LED light source, a transistor, and a pulse width modulation controller. The bridge rectifier is configured to convert the alternating current supplied by the magnetic ballast into a direct current. The bridge rectifier comprises a first input terminal, a second input terminal, a first output terminal, and a second output terminal, where the first and second input terminals are electrically connected to the magnetic ballast. The filter capacitor is electrically connected to the first and second output terminals of the bridge rectifier. The LED light source is electrically connected to the first and second output terminals of the bridge rectifier. The transistor comprises a drain electrode, a source electrode, and a gate electrode. The drain electrode and source electrode are electrically connected to the first and second output terminals of the bridge rectifier respectively. The pulse width modulation controller is electrically connected to the gate electrode of the transistor, and configured to control the turning on and off of the transistor. The present invention further discloses a driver circuit that will enable an LED light source to function on the power supplied by a magnetic ballast.
