A hinge assembly includes a pivot shaft, a rotary member and a steady member sleeved on the pivot shaft. The rotary member and the steady member faces each other and are rotatable relative to each other. The rotary member forms a first peak, and the steady member forms a second peak. A friction portion is formed between the rotary member and the steady member. A thickness of the friction portion exceeds or equals to a thickness of either of the first peak or the second peak, and is less than the combined thickness of the first peak and the second peak. The rotating washer and the stationary washer have an engaging surface and a resisting surface respectively. The engaging surface resists the resisting surface due to a force of the resilient member. The engaging surface forms a plurality of protrusions, and the resisting surface defines a plurality of grooves to engage with the protrusions. The resisting surface further defines at least one buffering portion adjacent to at least one of the grooves or in at least one of the grooves to receive material flowing from other portions adjacent to the at least one of groove.

A rotation module includes a base and a rotation member rotatably positioned on the base. The base includes a resisting surface and a connecting surface opposite to the resisting surface. A cylindrical protrusion is formed on the resisting surface. A locking portion is formed at an end of the cylindrical protrusion. The cylindrical protrusion defines an opening through the locking portion. The rotation member includes a bottom surface and a supporting surface opposite to the bottom surface. The rotation member defines a circular through hole. The locking portion is deformable due to the opening so that the cylindrical protrusion is able to pass through the circular through hole. The locking portion releases after the locking portion passes through the circular through hole and resists the rotation member to prevent the rotation member from detaching from the base.

The first and second link brackets are rotatably assembled between the rotatable bracket and the support member via the hinge assembly. The rotatable bracket defines a pivot hole, and a guiding notch communicating with the pivot hole. The hinge assembly includes a pivotal shaft, and a positioning washer sleeved on the pivotal shaft. The pivotal shaft is engaged in the pivot hole of the rotatable bracket from the guiding notch.
