A passive human detection method and apparatus, a device, and a medium are provided. The passive human detection method includes: acquiring an infrared radiation signal in an environment, and acquiring a temperature of a target object; emitting an electromagnetic wave into the environment, and acquiring a reflected echo signal; determining a position of the target object in the environment based on the echo signal; matching a threshold range based on the position of the target object; and comparing the temperature of the target object with the threshold range to determine detection information of a human in the environment. The passive human detection method combines electromagnetic wave detection and thermal imaging to detect whether there is a human in the current environment. The passive human detection method can effectively filter out interference signals, greatly improving the accuracy and sensitivity of human detection.

An on-off detection circuit for a flash switch includes an on-off detection module and a control module. An input end of the on-off detection module is connected with a power supply through the flash switch, the on-off detection module is configured to acquire a digital signal as a detection level according to an electromagnetic signal generated by input current. An input end of the control module is connected with an output end of the on-off detection module, to receive the detection level and determine an on-off state change of the flash switch according to the detection level.

A pressure sensor die especially suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure operating environment and delivering accurate and reliable pressure measurement at low cost. A single crystalline silicon includes a cap, a substrate and a base connected together. A recess formed on the cap creates an upper sealed cavity with the substrate. A silicon oxide layer is formed between the substrate and the cap. A recess formed on the base creates a lower sealed cavity with the substrate. The upper sealed cavity and the lower sealed cavity overlap in their projections. The substrate includes at least two sets of piezoresistive sensing elements located within the overlapping projections, perpendicular to each other, and oriented in different crystallographic directions.

Described herein is a microchannel that is formed beneath and parallel to a surface of a silicon substrate. Silicon migration technology is utilized to form a microchannel that is buried beneath the surface of the silicon substrate. Etching opens at least one end of the microchannel. Oxidization is utilized through the open end of the microchannel to facilitate a controlled diameter of the microchannel.
