A transmission shell is applied to an actuator, and an accommodating space for receiving a transmission assembly is formed in the transmission case, the transmission shell is provided with a first ventilation structure, and the first ventilation structure includes a venting hole and a blocking wall disposed around the venting hole; the venting hole is in gas communication with the accommodating space; the blocking wall is disposed on an outer periphery of the venting hole to form a buffering chamber communicating with the venting hole, and an opening is provided at an end away from the venting hole. The present disclosure also provides a transmission case and an actuator using the above transmission shell. The venting hole is effectively waterproof and moisture-proof without requiring a sealing element, and are simple in structure, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

Transmission shell, a transmission case and an actuator

A gearbox for a gear motor assembly has a housing defining a chamber and an opening in communication with the chamber. A stationary shaft has one end mounted to a bottom of the chamber and the other end extends toward the opening. A worm wheel is rotatably mounted on the stationary shaft and disposed in the chamber. An output gear connected to the worm wheel protrudes out of the chamber. A cover seals the opening of the chamber. The cover has an annular cover plate with an inner bore and an inner flange extending from an edge of the inner bore towards the bottom of the chamber. The worm wheel has a cylindrical boss that is supported by the inner flange against lateral movement.

Gearbox of gear motor assembly

A gearbox includes a main housing, a cover, a worm wheel and an output shaft. The main housing includes a receiving chamber having a bottom and a hub. The cover is mounted to an opening of the receiving chamber. The worm wheel is mounted in the receiving chamber. The output shaft is mounted to a center of the worm wheel and coaxially rotatable with the worm wheel. The output shaft extends outwardly through the hub from the receiving chamber. The hub directly supports either the worm wheel or the output shaft.

Gearbox

A gear motor assembly includes a motor and a gearbox connected together. The motor includes a stator and a rotor. The stator has a housing, magnets attached to the housing, and brushes. The rotor includes a shaft with a rotor core, a commutator, a sleeve, a bushing and a worm mounted thereon. The bushing is slidably located between the commutator and worm. The sleeve is located between the commutator and the bushing. The rotor is balanced with the worm fix to the shaft. The gearbox includes a casing having an opening, and a worm gear received in the casing. The brushes of the motor are mounted in the casing. The shaft has a first end that extends into the gearbox. The bushing is fixed in the casing via a bushing seat.
