The present invention discloses a micro flow measuring device and method based on a mass method. The measuring device includes: an inner anti-evaporation cover; an outer anti-evaporation assembly; a weighing balance; a liquid collecting container; a packing assembly, disposed in the liquid collecting container, where the packing assembly is made of a material with low water absorption and can be gas-permeable, and an accommodating cavity configured to accommodate to-be-measured liquid is formed between a lower end of the packing assembly and a bottom portion of the liquid collecting container; a capillary receiving tube, where an upper end and a lower end of the capillary receiving tube are provided with a liquid receiving opening and a liquid discharging opening respectively, the lower end of the capillary receiving tube passes through the packing assembly vertically and extends into the accommodating cavity.

Micro flow measuring device and method based on mass method

A communication system is provided that alerts a public safety officer to missed Push-to-Talk (PTT) group calls. The communication system allows a public safety officer's radio to record a last stop working time. A public safety network then can search a missed call list associated with the public safety officer and automatically push a notification of missed PTT group calls to the public safety officer's radio when the radio re-joins the public safety network. Based on the notification, the public safety officer can choose to review or replay any missed calls to avoid missing important information.

Method and apparatus for handling a missed group call in a public safety communication session

A vibration isolation system of mass flowmeter, includes upper horizontal section, vertical section, lower horizontal section, upper arc section between the upper horizontal section and vertical section, and lower arc section between the vertical section and lower horizontal section of U-shaped measuring tube. On the lower arc section there is vibration isolation block. It is characterized by full-length welding between the vibration isolation block's plane of the axis of U-shaped measuring tube and the lower arc section. The U-shaped measuring tube has an inertia center. The straight-line distance between the external welding point in the full weld of the lower arc section between the vibration isolation block mentioned and the measuring tube and the inertia center is equal to the straight-line distance between the internal welding point and the inertia center.
