Disclosed is a counter-roller active power flexible spinning device for a large cylinder, including a rack unit, a spindle unit, an outer roller unit, and an inner roller unit. A spindle turntable of the spindle unit is used to fix a cylinder blank. A second driver drives the spindle turntable to rotate, thereby achieving the rotation of a cylinder blank. A first driver drives the spindle turntable to be axially fed along a cylinder through a spindle platform. A third driver of the outer roller unit can drive an outer roller to rotate, and a fourth driver drives an outer roller seat to be radially fed along the cylinder at the top of an outer pillar. A fifth driver of the inner roller unit can drive an inner roller to rotate, and a sixth driver drives an inner roller seat to be radially fed along an inner roller disk.

Counter-roller active power flexible spinning device for large cylinder

The present invention proposes an apparatus and method for assisting a user to plan a puncture trajectory within a region-of-interest of a subject. The apparatus comprises: a data interface () configured to receive anatomical data of the region-of-interest of the subject and to output the at least one candidate puncture trajectory, and a data processor () for calculating at least one candidate puncture trajectory on basis of the anatomical data, multiple criteria, and a tradeoff among the multiple criteria. The anatomical data of the subject comprises three-dimensional data of the region of interest. The data processor () is further configured, upon receiving a first user input for adjusting the tradeoff among the multiple criteria, to adjust the tradeoff among the multiple criteria on basis of the first user input, and to calculate the at least one candidate puncture trajectory on basis of the anatomical data, the multiple criteria and the adjusted tradeoff among the multiple criteria. Different from conventional automatic planning tools which tend to offer a universal best tradeoff among multiple criteria for all cases, the proposed apparatus allows the user to tailor the tradeoff and thus tailor the automatic calculation of the candidate puncture trajectories so as to better meet the actual clinical needs.

In an aspect for generating a 2-dimensional (2D) building mapping, a computer-implemented method may include one or more processors configured for receiving scanning data in a first file format corresponding to 3-dimensional (3D) aerial Light Detection and Ranging (LiDaR) images. Further, the method may include transforming the first file format to a second file format and transmitting the scanning data to a building semantic segmentation component. Further, the computer-implemented method may include generating semantic segmentation data corresponding to building structures defined by point clusters; generating instance segmentation data corresponding to top surfaces of the building structures; generating building boundary data for each one of the point clusters based on one or more of the semantic segmentation data and the instance segmentation data; and processing the building boundary data to generate a 2D building mapping comprising refined boundary lines for each of the point clusters.

An approach is provided in which the approach receives an image that includes multiple image points and constructs a plane in the image based on a first subset of the plurality of image points. The approach identifies a second subset of the image points that belong to the plane and are not part of the first subset of image points, and removes the first subset of image points and the second subset of image points form the image points. The approach annotates the remaining subset of image points in the image.

According to embodiments of the present invention, a method, a device and a computer program product for image processing is provided. A computing device obtains an image of a first object, the image presenting a defect of the first object. A computing device obtains defect distribution information indicating respective frequencies of a plurality of predetermined categories of defects presented at corresponding locations in a plurality of training images, the plurality of training images presenting second objects and being used for training a defect classifier. A computing device determines a target category of the defect of the first object by applying the image and the defect distribution information to the defect classifier. Detecting vehicle identity and damage status using single video analysis

A system, method, and computer program product for implementing video action recognition is provided. The method includes receiving a video stream comprising user movement actions. Skeleton points associated with a video representation of a user executing the user movement actions are extracted and categorized with respect to multiple digital levels. Initial visual windows points are generated within video frames and an average movement distance for the group of skeleton points are determined with respect to the video frames. In response, sizes for the visual windows are adjusted and feature vectors are extracted from the group of skeleton points. Point coordinates of the skeleton points are extracted and linked with the feature vectors. A convolutional neural network associated with linking the feature vectors with the point coordinates is generated and the video stream is enabled with respect to video action recognition associated with accurate presentation of the video stream.

Video action recognition and modification

A system, method, and computer program product provides a way to separate connected or adhered adjacent characters of a digital image for license plate recognition. As a threshold processing, the method performs a recognition of character adhesion by obtaining character parameters using an image processor. The parameters include a horizontal max crossing and a ratio of width and height. A first rule-based module is used responsive to the character parameters to distinguish the adhered characters (character adhesions) that are easy to judge, leaving the uncertain part to a character adhesion classifier model for discrimination. Character adhesion data is obtained by data augmentation including the adding of a random distance between two single characters to create class like adhered characters. Then the character adhesion classifier model of single character and character adhesion data is trained. Any uncertain part can be distinguished by the trained character adhesion classifier model.

Character recognition of license plate under complex background

A new audio quality assessment system includes an assessment system running in a receiver system of a VoIP communication system. The new audio quality assessment system determines an accurate MOS of a VoIP call within a time window. The audio quality assessment system determines an effective PLC counter, a PLC impact factor, an effective AS counter, an AS impact factor, a network impact factor, a codec type of the received voice packets, a bitrate of the received voice packets, an initial MOS from a configured codec-bitrate MOS table, and determines the accurate MOS based on these data. The determined MOS is more accurate and efficiently obtained since it is based on efficiently collected statistics of the receiver system's modules and a pre-configured codec-bitrate MOS table.
