In a first cross-section along a plane perpendicular to the base substrate, parallel to at least one of two lateral sides, and intersecting the N number of metal sub-layers of the respective bonding pin, any of the first metal sub-layer to an (N−1)-th metal sub-layer of the respective bonding pin are completely unexposed.

The display panel includes: a functional circuit region and a bonding region on a side of the functional circuit region; wherein the bonding region includes a substrate, a first conductive pattern on a first surface of the substrate, and a first insulating layer; wherein the first conductive pattern includes a first portion and a second portion; the distance between the top surface of the first portion and the first surface is greater than the distance between the top surface of the second portion and the first surface; the first insulating layer exposes the first portion and a boundary of the first insulating layer penetrates the second portion.

Display panel including functional circuit region and bonding region and display device having the same

A display panel includes: a display region; a peripheral region surrounding the display region; a base substrate; a first signal line, located on the base substrate, including an electrode structure located in the peripheral region, and an edge of the electrode structure away from the display region having a stepped shape; and a covering portion, covering the edge of the electrode structure away from the display region. The display panel adopts the covering portion to cover the edge of the electrode structure away from the display region, so as to protect the edge of the electrode structure, and to avoid the phenomenon of electrochemical corrosion of the edge of the electrode structure, the edge of the electrode structure away from the display region is designed to have a stepped shape, thereby prolonging a path for water vapor to enter the display region, and improving reliability of the display panel.

A display substrate has a main display region and a light-transmissive display region. The display substrate includes a plurality of pixel circuits located in the main display region and including first pixel circuits and second pixel circuits, and a plurality of light-emitting devices including first light-emitting devices located in the main display region and second light-emitting devices located in the light-transmissive display region. The first pixel circuits include pixel circuits of a first type and pixel circuits of a second type, and the second pixel circuits include pixel circuits of the first type and pixel circuits of the second type. The first signal line is located in the peripheral region and includes at least two sub-signal lines connected with each other. The multiple signal access pins are located in a signal access region. A display panel includes a base substrate, a driving layer, a pixel layer and a touch layer stacked sequentially. In a peripheral area of the display panel, the driving layer is provided with a touch pin and a touch relay wire connected with the touch pin; the touch layer includes a touch organic layer and a touch metal layer buried in the touch organic layer, and the touch metal layer is formed with a touch channel and a touch wiring connected with the touch channel. The touch organic layer exposes the touch pin, and an end of the touch relay wire away from the touch pin extends between the touch organic layer and the base substrate. The touch wiring does not protrude out of the touch organic layer, and the touch wiring is electrically connected to the end of the touch relay wire away from the touch pin through a via hole.

A touch substrate includes multiple touch electrodes and multiple touch leads, and has a touch region and a non-touch region. The touch electrodes are located in the touch region, and the touch leads are located in the non-touch region and provide signals for the touch electrodes. The touch substrate is divided into a flat region and a bending region(s) by a bending boundary. The touch substrate includes: a first side, a second side and a corner between the first side and the second side. The bending boundary substantially extends in the extension direction of the first edge and intersects with the second edge. A touch lead includes: a corner lead, an end of the corner lead is connected with a first lead portion, and the corner lead is completely located in the bending region and does not overlap with the bending boundary.

Touch substrate, display touch panel, and display device

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a touch substrate, a touch display panel and a touch display apparatus. The touch display panel includes: a base substrate; a touch electrode layer on the base substrate and in a touch display region, the touch electrode layer including touch electrodes in the same layer and insulated from each other; and touch leads on the base substrate, each touch lead is electrically connected to a corresponding one touch electrode, some touch leads extend from the touch display region through the first bending region to the first binding region, and are bent to the back of the touch display panel in the first bending region, and the other touch leads extend from the touch display region through the second bending region to the second binding region, and are bent to the back of the touch display panel in the second bending region.

A display panel includes a display area including at least one through hole and an annular non-display area between the through hole and the display area enclosing the through hole. The annular non-display area includes: at least two annular blocking dams, a through-hole crack detecting line, and a connecting portion. The annular blocking dams enclose the through hole and are mutually nested. Adjacent annular blocking dams are spaced at a predetermined distance. The through-hole crack detecting line comprises an input wiring portion, an output wiring portion and a winding portion. The input wiring portion and the output wiring portion are connected through the winding portion. The input wiring portion and the output wiring portion extend to the display area. The winding portion is around the edge of the through hole. The connecting portion is between the annular blocking dams and connecting some areas of the annular blocking dams.

A display substrate and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes a base substrate, a plurality of signal lines, a first power line, at least one first detection signal line and at least one second detection signal line. At a side close to a bending area and outside an area where an orthographic projection of the first power line on a substrate surface of the base substrate, orthographic projections of the at least one first detection signal line and the at least one second detection signal line on the substrate surface of the base substrate have no overlap with orthographic projections of the plurality of signal lines on the substrate surface of the base substrate. The display substrate can improve the antistatic capability of the second detection signal line and improve the product yield.

Provided is a display panel, including a display substrate including a display region and a bonding region; and a touch layer on the display substrate. The bonding region includes a bending region and a first non-bending region adjacent to each other. The display substrate further includes a first conductive layer at least located in the bending region. The touch layer is in the first non-bending region; the touch layer has a first boundary in an adjacent area between the bending region and the first non-bending region, and includes sequentially disposed a first electrode layer, an insulating layer and a second electrode layer. Edges of the second electrode layer and the first conductive layer overlap, orthographic projections of first boundaries of the second electrode layer, the first electrode layer and the insulating layer on the display substrate do not overlap, and are sequentially located away from the bending region.

An array substrate is provided. The array substrate includes a pixel driving circuit having a first reset transistor and a second reset transistor. At least a portion of a gate electrode of a first reset transistor in a present row of pixel driving circuits and at least a portion of a gate electrode of a second reset transistor in a previous row of pixel driving circuits are parts of a unitary structure. The gate electrode of the first reset transistor in the present row of pixel driving circuits and the gate electrode of the second reset transistor in the previous row of pixel driving circuits are arranged along a direction non-parallel to an extension direction of reset control signal lines.

A display substrate, a display panel and a display apparatus are provided. The display substrate comprises a base substrate, which includes a display area and a non-display area on one side of the display area; an encapsulation dam in the non-display area and arranged around the display area, where an organic insulating layer has a groove structure on the side of the packaging dam away from the display area; and a touch structure, which is located on the side of the organic insulating layer facing away from the base substrate, and which comprises a plurality of touch lines extending to the non-display area; an inorganic insulating layer has a hollow structure on the side of the packaging dam away from the display area, and the hollow structure covers the groove structure and does not overlap with the orthographic projection of the plurality of touch lines.
