A head for the continuous precision machining on three-dimensional bodies includes a fastening means to a flange of a machining equipment, having a first mechanical rotation axis, an intermediate means having a second mechanical rotation axis in series to the first mechanical rotation axis. The second mechanical rotation axis is orthogonal to the first mechanical rotation axis which intersects at a point of intersection. A terminal processing means has in series with the first and second mechanical rotation axes a third mechanical translating axis. The intermediate means has an arc configuration of a circumference with its centre at the point of intersection. The first mechanical rotation axis and the third mechanical translating axis are radially oriented to the arc.

A manufacturing machine, in particular a laser machine including a base provided with a first guide extending along a first horizontal direction and an arm slidably mounted along the first guide and projecting in cantilever fashion from the base, the arm being provided with a second guide along which a manufacturing head is slidable. The arm is connected to the base by a hinge with a vertical axis and is movable between a normal operating position and a transport inclined position.

A machine for relatively displacing in space a workpiece and a laser head having a nozzle supplying a laser beam together with a stream of gas suitable for the operation being performed (cutting or welding); which machine provides for switching fully automatically, and without changing the laser head, from one type of operation to the other, by virtue of the nozzle presenting a removable portion designed according to the type of operation being performed, and first releasable gripping means for gripping the removable portion; and by virtue of the machine comprising a nozzle refitting station having second releasable gripping means for gripping the removable portion, and means for selectively connecting/disconnecting the first and second gripping means.

Laser machine for cutting and welding

A device for controlling a manipulator for handling a workpiece processed by a press brake. The press brake is equipped with a side sensor for detecting the horizontal X-axis direction positions parallel to the longitudinal direction of the upper and lower dies of the press brake. The manipulator is arranged to be movable in the X-axis direction and the head of the manipulator is arranged to be rotatable about first and second shafts of the manipulator. The device includes apparatus for inputting a position of the workpiece for an initial bending stage and apparatus for inputting an angle of rotation of the workpiece about the first and/or second shafts of the manipulator for each of a plurality of bending stages. Apparatus for sequentially calculating a position of the workpiece for the second and subsequent bending stages, based on the initial input of the workpiece which is input from the workpiece initial position input means, and the angle of rotation of the workpiece about the first and/or second shafts at each of the bending stages which is input from the workpiece rotation angle input means is inputted from the workpiece rotation angle input means is inputted is included in the device.

Programming system for the single arm bending robot

An automatic bolt tightening device for assembling mechanical members placed on a buck arranged above the bolt tightening device. The bolt tightening device is provided with a headstock which is translatable along three mutually perpendicular axes. A rotatable spindle, arranged on the headstock, cooperates with the terminal part of a tang, which in turn cooperates with bolts for assembling the members. The translation of the headstock and the rotation of the spindle are actuated by motors which are controlled by a processing unit. A plurality of sensors detect the positions of the buck relative to the bolt tightening device and of the spindle relative to the tang, and output error signals to the processing unit. The processing unit controls the operation of the motors, thereby translating the headstock until the spindle and tang are coaxial. A feeler device, comprising a plurality of hinged longitudinal plates, surrounds the spindle and is deflected by a terminal portion of the tang when the tang and spindle are not coaxial. Sensors detect the plate deflection and output error signals to the processing unit.
