A vehicle seat including a foldable seat kinematic which has a backrest part and a seat part, the seat kinematic being adjustable between a normal position and a folded-forward functional position, the seat kinematic being manually foldable from the normal position into the functional position, a motor, an activating system which is adapted to be driven by the motor between a deactivated position and an activated position, a connecting rod provided between the activating system and the seat kinematic. The seat kinematic is movable from the functional position into the normal position by the activating system and the connecting rod when the motor is actuated so as to drive the activating system from the deactivated position to the activated position, the activating system being configured to not interfere with the seat kinematic when the activating system is in the deactivated position.

Vehicle seat

The motor vehicle seat of the present invention includes: a seat proper mounted on a pillar by means of a first connecting rod assembly including a front connecting rod and a rear connecting rod; a backrest mounted on the pillar by means of a second connecting rod assembly including a front connecting rod and a rear connecting rod; a locking mechanism for alternately restricting or enabling a movement of the backrest relative to the pillar, the seat being freely movable between a nominal position and a folded back position.

A headrest for a seat back for a seat back of an automobile vehicle seat, comprising a rod, likely to be at least party driven into the seat back, and a body linked to the rod. The rod is linked to a lower portion of the body by a pivoting link and the headrest comprises means, triggered by a driving of the rod into the seat back down to a driving-in position, capable of automatically pivoting the body with respect to the rod from a use position to a non-use position.

Retractable headrest

The invention relates to a vehicle seat comprising a seat back, a seat proper connected to the seat back, a link mechanism for fastening the seat to the floor, and enabling the seat to move between a retracted position and a deployed position, the mechanism comprising at least a first connecting rod hinged to the floor and to the seat back, and the seat further comprising a guide mechanism comprising a guide fastened to the floor with the bottom portion of the seat back being guided therealong between the retracted position and the deployed position. In the seat, the rear portion of the seat proper is mounted to pivot relative to the bottom portion of the seat back, and the link mechanism further comprises a connection piece mounted to move relative to the floor and hinged to the front portion of the seat proper.

Seat that is retractable into the floor

A vehicle seat comprising a runner made up of a fixed rail fixed to a vehicle floor, and of a moving rail mounted to slide relative to the fixed rail, a front leg having a top end and a bottom end mounted to pivot relative to the vehicle floor, a seat back mounted to pivot relative to the moving rail of the runner, and a seat proper having a front end mounted to pivot on the top end of the front leg. The seat back is mounted to pivot relative to the seat proper, and the seat further comprises at least one locking device adapted to selectively preventing the seat back from pivoting or allowing said seat back to pivot.
