The instant disclosure provides antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof that are specific forand, in certain embodiments, are capable of neutralizing ainfection in a subject. In certain embodiments, the antibody or antigen binding fragment comprises an IgA antibody, such as, for example, a secretory IgA antibody. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions comprising a disclosed antibody or antigen-binding fragment. Methods of using the antibodies, antigen-binding fragments, and compositions to treat or prevent ainfection in a subject are also provided. In certain embodiments, recombinant secretory IgA antibodies of the instant disclosure are administered orally to a subject having or at risk of developing ainfection.

Antibodies againstspecies

Compositions capable of enhancing and/or eliciting an immune response in a subject and methods of using the compositions. The compositions are capable of enhancing an IgA immune response and/or an IgG immune response and comprise an agent capable of reducing the level of binding of ATP to a P2X7 receptor to a subject. The compositions are for oral administration.

Immunogenic compositions and uses thereof

A device () for receiving implanted biological material includes a mechanoprotective surface () defining an adjacent space, an assembly () for locally delivering media to said space, and a pump or slow/sustained release reservoir structure () operatively coupled to the assembly. The device may comprise an additional plunger body for being disposed in said space. The implanted biological material may be encapsulated or non-encapsulated.
