An oven assembly includes a cooking chamber having a rear wall, a pair of opposed side walls, a top wall, a bottom wall, and an access opening defined by an outer perimeter of the cooking chamber. A movable door operably is coupled with the oven assembly for selectively enclosing the cooking chamber about the outer edge of the cooking chamber. A removable bottom trim panel is disposed proximate a bottom edge of the outer perimeter and includes a tray body. A removable fastening mechanism is disposed on the tray body or the bottom edge and operably couples the tray body to the bottom edge, such that the removable fastening mechanism is adapted to removably attach the removable bottom trim panel to the bottom edge.

An oven rack assembly includes a first arm, a second arm, and a first frame member rotatably coupled with the first arm and the second arm at spaced apart positions along an axis of the first frame member and supported by the first and second arms between a first vertical position and a second vertical position higher than the first vertical position. The first and second arms move the first frame member between the first and second vertical positions with movement of the first frame member in a direction of the axis by rotation of the first and second arms. The assembly further includes a first rack supported on a least a first side thereof by the first frame member and coupled with the first frame member to be slideable with respect thereto along the axis.

An oven rack assembly includes first and second mounting members and a first frame member being movably coupled with the first mounting member and the second mounting member at spaced apart positions along an axis of the first frame member and supported by the first and second mounting members between a first vertical position and a second vertical position higher than the first vertical position. The first and second mounting members move the first frame member between the first and second vertical positions with movement of the first frame member in a direction of the axis. The assembly further includes a first rack supported on a least a first side thereof by the first frame member and coupled with the first frame member to be slideable with respect thereto along the axis.

The built-in oven includes a housing having a cooking chamber defined therein, a lower frame positioned below the cooking chamber, and a height adjuster coupled the lower frame. A rack system for a cooking appliance cavity includes a first support unit including a plurality of rack support bars and a first connecting member defining a body portion having the support bars coupled therewith, a first end with a first post and a first stepped segment between the first post and the body portion, and a second end with a second post and a second stepped segment between the second post and the body portion. The system further includes first and second mounting blocks, each defining a channel and a notch extending intersecting with the channel such that a first portion of the channel is open and a second portion of the channel is enclosed. The first and second posts are respectively received in the second portions of the channels of the first and second mounting blocks.

A method of installing a replacement built-in oven into a cut-out defined in a kitchen includes identifying a used built-in oven positioned in the cut-out of the kitchen, positioning a height adjuster of the replacement built-in oven into one of a number of predetermined positions based on the identity of the used built-in oven, and installing the replacement built-in oven in the cut-out of the kitchen.
