The method may include receiving a first command from a network manager to reduce emissions. The method may also include reducing the emissions based on the received first command In certain example embodiments, the first command may be for one or more network nodes in a cluster including the network node.

Coexistence of cellular networks with aeronautical radio altimeters

Spatial and antenna information of a UAV is determined. Using at least the spatial and antenna information, a set of candidate transmission-reception beam pairs is determined, each pair between one of a set of one or more antenna panels in the UAV and one of multiple TRPs, wherein one or more of the multiple TRPs includes a receiver-only antenna panel that is oriented upward. Beam sweeping is configured to be performed for the set of candidate transmission-reception beam pairs. Based on results of the beam sweeping, a transmission-reception beam pair of the set of candidate transmission-reception beam pairs is selected to be used for uplink communication(s) from the UAV to a determined TRP in the determined best transmission-reception beam pair. The UAV may send the spatial and antenna information toward a wireless communication network including the multiple TRPs, and may send this periodically or based on thresholds.

There are provided a method, comprising monitoring if a predefined reference signal is decoded from a received signal, wherein the received signal is received at a predetermined resource element defined by a symbol time and a frequency range; informing a control device on receipt of an interfering pulsed signal if the reference signal is not decoded from the received signal; and a method, comprising monitoring if a total received power on a frequency range oscillates in time during RSRP cannot be calculated in a time period, wherein the frequency range and the time period are allocated to exclusively receiving reference signals; informing a control device on receipt of an interfering pulsed signal if the total received power oscillates in time.

Detecting a pulsed signal

In one aspect the embodiments of the invention provide a method that includes transmitting a first frame comprising a first type of message from a first node for reception by a second node. The first node is associated with a first wireless communication system and the second node is associated with a second wireless communication system. The first type of message includes a first information element for identifying the second node and a second information element for specifying that the first frame is transmitted to initiate a request for simultaneous transmission by the first node and by the second node. The first frame is also received by a third node that is part of the first wireless communication system. The method further includes receiving from the third node a second frame that includes a second type of message. The second type of message identifies the second node and specifies, based on a measurement performed by the third node on the first frame and a measurement performed by the third node on a third frame transmitted by the second node, whether the request for simultaneous transmission is accepted or is not accepted by the third node. The method further includes transmitting a fourth frame that includes the second type of message from the first node for reception by the second node. The second type of message identifies the second node and specifies that the request for simultaneous transmission was accepted by the third node.

Method and apparatus to coordinate simultaneous transmission in overlapping wireless networks

This document discloses a solution for reducing interference between wireless networks. According to an aspect, a method comprises: acquiring, by an access node of a first wireless network from at least one node of the first wireless network, information on at least one interfering node of a second wireless network; generating, by the access node, mapping information between the node of the first wireless network and said at least one interfering node; and causing, by the access node, transmission of the mapping information to another access node of the second wireless network.
