The invention relates to a harvesting device () for harvesting a content of a bioreactor bag () and to a method for harvesting a content of a bioreactor bag (). The harvesting device () comprises: a first fixing device () for fixing one of the fixing portions () to the harvesting device (), a second fixing device () for fixing the other of the fixing portions () to the harvesting device (), a base (), and an adjusting device () coupling the first fixing device () and/or the second fixing device () to the base ().
