A data-brokerage service that facilitates data sharing between Internet-of-Things (IoT) platforms via peer-to-peer connections is described. In various embodiments, the data-brokerage service receives, from an IoT platform acting as data consumer, a selection of data fields included in a plurality of data streams provided from a plurality of respective IoT platforms acting as data producers. Responsive to the selection, the data-brokerage service causes the plurality of data-producer platforms to stream at least the selected data fields of the plurality of data streams to the data-consumer platform, and causes the data-consumer platform to combine the streamed data fields received from the plurality of data-producer platforms into a single target data stream.

System and methods for enforcing service level agreements (SLAs) between computing platforms engaged in (e.g., Internet-of-Things) data exchange via peer-to-peer (P2P) connections are described. Techniques are described for sharing data among Internet of Things (IoT) networks. An IoT network may include a platform that collects data generated by IoT devices. The platform may execute an agent that sends a communication to indicate the network presence of the sending platform to broker module(s) that support a data sharing service. The communication may also indicate the type and/or quantity of data generated by the sending platform and available to be shared with other receiving platforms in other IoT networks. The data broker module(s) may generate and send security tokens to the agents executing on the sending platform and receiving platform(s). Using the security tokens, the respective agents may establish a peer-to-peer (P2P) connection over a network over which the data is streamed in real time as it is received and/or processed by the sending platform.

In an example embodiment, a method of redirecting responses from an application server in a cloud environment is provided. A request is received from an instance of an application operating on a client device. The request is forwarded to an application server corresponding to the application. A generic error message from the application server sent in response to the user request is intercepted and the generic error message is redirected to a special application server hosting a special account established for the application, the special account indicating one or more actions to take in response to receipt of a generic error message, the one or more actions causing generation of a special error message and sending of the special error message to the instance of the application operating on the client device.

In one example, a method may include identifying a set of structured data for use in generating a NER dictionary, identifying a particular collection within the identified structured data to use in the dictionary generation, the particular identified collection including a plurality of values, identifying at least one variant of the value for each value in the particular identified collection, each of the at least one variants of the value including at least a portion of the underlying value, determining a set of unique variants from the identified at least one variants across each of the values in the particular identified subset, adding the determined set of unique variants to the generated dictionary, each unique variant added to the generated dictionary being associated with the value from which the unique variant was derived.

The present disclosure involves systems, software, and computer implemented methods for providing access to an external service using a SQL query. One example method includes identifying a request for an ODBC (Open DataBase Connectivity) connection. The request identifies the external service and the identified request is associated with a SQL (Structured Query Language) query. The ODBC connection is created. An HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) request to be provided to the external service is generated. The HTTP request is generated based on the SQL query. The generated HTTP request is sent to the external service. An HTTP response is received from the external service in response to the HTTP request. A query result set table is populated based on the received HTTP response.
