A power distributor of an electrical system of a motor vehicle, including a circuit board, which has a main connection to a main circuit and multiple secondary connections. Each secondary connection is assigned to one secondary circuit and electrically contacted with the main connection via a respective circuit breaker that has two connections. The two connections of each circuit breaker are electrically contacted directly with the circuit board.

Power distributor of an electrical system of a motor vehicle

A switching system, in particular of an on-board electrical system of a motor vehicle having a first disc which has a first, a second, a third, and a fourth stationary contact. The second and the third stationary contact, are electrically contacted by a first contact bar of the first disc. The switching system also has a second disc which has a first, a second, a third, and a fourth movable contact. The first and the second movable contact are electrically contacted by a second contact bar of the second disc, and the third and the fourth movable contact are electrically contacted by a third contact bar of the second disc. The second disc is rotationally mounted about a rotational axis relative to the first disc, wherein all the contacts are electrically connected in series in an angular position. A circuit breaker is also provided that includes a switching system.

Switching system

A thermally activated safety switch for safeguarding a consumer of a power supply network of a vehicle, having a switch housing in a temperature-independent switching unit, which subject to the temperature thereof establishes an electrically conductive connection between two external terminals fed out of the switch housing, wherein the external terminals are fed out at opposite housing sides of the switch housing. On the one hand, the external terminals are provided for an electrical and mechanical terminal connection to the cable connection ends of a consumer to be protected, and on the other hand to a cable portion leading to an on-board power supply electronics, and are configured accordingly.

Thermal circuit breaker

A high-voltage motor vehicle electric system contains a high-voltage battery and a consumer network which are interconnected by an electric cable, and a quick-break switch for disconnecting the high-voltage battery from the consumer network. The quick-break switch receives an airbag signal. The airbag signal is used for actuating the quick-break switch to sever the electric cable supplying power to the consumer network.

A high current switch, in particular for a motor vehicle, having a first bus bar, a second bus bar in addition to a first semi-conductor switch that has a control connection and a first transmission connection as well as a second transmission connection. The first transmission connection is placed in direct contact with the first bus bar and the second transmission connection is placed in direct electric contact with the second bus bar.

The invention relates to a simulation switch for incorporation into a flight simulator and to the simulation of an excess-current circuit breaker which can be manually actuated using an actuating element (). The inventive simulation switch comprises a switching mechanism that is identical to the switching mechanism of the excess-current circuit breaker () for opening and closing a switching contact (), in addition to an electromagnetic release device () for releasing the closed switching contact () by means of a control current (i).

Simulation switch

A circuit breaker has a threaded collar fixed on a breaker housing and an approximately cylindrical actuating element displaceably guided in a bore of the threaded collar and partially protruding from the breaker housing for manual push-pull actuation in an advantageous way on the actuating side. In order to seal the circuit breaker, a sealing ring seals an annular gap formed between the wall of the bore and the circumference of the actuating element.

An electrical functional device for use in the field of aviation, for example, a safety switch, is described. The functional device has a housing out of which a cylindrical fixing neck projects. The fixing neck contains, on an outer circumference thereof, a fine-pitch threading for screwing on a nut, and carries, at a distance from the end thereof that is attached to the housing, a radially protruding bearing flange. The bearing flange serves to hold the device in a fixed position, in which the fixing neck projects through a fastening hole of a wall element and is held therein against the bearing flange by a nut. The fixing neck is a one-piece part made out of plastic. It contains, between the end of the threading thereof and the bearing flange, an unthreaded shaft area, which is coaxial in relation to the fixing neck.
