A pipe paver finishing machine is disclosed for applying and finishing concrete lining onto the interior surface of a lower segment portion of a drainage pipe. The machine includes a chassis member adapted for movement longitudinally along the interior of the drainage pipe and a surfacing unit suspended from the chassis member and adapted for a pendulum-type pivotal movement substantially about the center point of drainage pipe to apply and to finish a concrete liner onto the bottom interior surface of the drainage pipe.

Pipe paver finishing machine

A concrete vibrator apparatus is described for use in conjunction with a concrete finishing machine that is movable longitudinally along a roadway. The finishing machine includes a finishing unit engageable with the surface of the concrete and movable transversely across the roadway, a supporting frame mounted to and extending forwardly and outwardly from the movable finishing unit, and a vibrator assembly mounted to the supporting frame. The vibrator assembly includes first and second vibrator units, with each of the vibrator units being independently movable between a downwardly position wherein the vibrator unit extends into and below the surface of the concrete and an upwardly position wherein the vibrator unit is out of contact with the surface of the roadway. A control mechanism is described for controlling the selective movement of the vibrator units and the rate of vibration of the vibrator units.

Concrete vibrating machine

A pan drag device is disclosed for attachment to a concrete finishing machine movable longitudinally along an elongated body of poured concrete, with the finishing machine having a finishing unit engageable with the surface of the poured concrete and movable transversely across the body of concrete to grade the concrete. The pan drag device includes support members mounted to and extending rearwardly from the finishing unit and movable with the finishing unit and pan drag apparatus mounted to the support members for engaging the graded concrete surface to finish and seal the concrete surface. The pan drag device further includes a hydraulically actuated piston and cylinder member for raising and lowering the pan drag apparatus with respect to the concrete surface and apparatus for controlling the hydraulically actuated piston and cylinder member for raising and lowering the pan drag apparatus between an upward raised position to a downward engaging position to permit the pan drag apparatus to engage the graded concrete surface to seal and finish the concrete surface.

A concrete finishing machine includes a surfacing unit having one or more finishing rollers supported on the surfacing unit carriage by a finishing roller vibrating assembly which includes a frame supporting the finishing rollers at one end and on which is mounted a pair of vibrator units producing vibrational forces which are applied to the finishing rollers through the frame, the vibrator units being mounted on a common beam and spaced apart laterally of one another whereby horizontal forces are cancelled and only vertical amplitude vibrational forces are applied to the finishing rollers.
