Aspects of the present disclosure involve a system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing a program and method for customizing a capture button used during video recording. The program and method provide for determining that a user of an application has access to exclusive features within the application, customizing a capture button for replacing display of a shutter button during video recording; displaying a first user interface for user selection of the capture button from among plural available capture buttons; receiving user input provided selecting the capture button from among the plural available capture buttons; displaying a second user interface for presenting real-time image data captured by a camera, the second user interface including the shutter button which is user-selectable to initiate video recording in response to second user input; and replacing, upon detecting the second user input, display of the shutter button with the selected capture button.

In some embodiments, a method of processing image data may include receiving environmental data and associated capture time data from a sensor of a mobile computing device, the capture time data reflecting capture time of the environmental data; processing the environmental data to generate metadata; time stamping the metadata using the capture time data; receiving video data and video time data at a processor; correlating the metadata to the video data using the capture time data and the video time data; receiving a search query; and/or identifying a frame within the video data by performing a search of the metadata using the search criterion.

Systems, devices, media, and methods are presented for using a flexible electronic device to selectively interact with an eyewear device. A portable eyewear device includes a processor, a memory, and a display projected onto at least one lens assembly. A flexible electronic device includes an integrated circuit, a plurality of input sensors, and a power system, all mounted on a flexible substrate that is sized and shaped to conform to a graspable object such as a ring. The flexible electronic device operates according to a power budget, operating on a sensor power budget until it detects a first interaction with at least one of the input sensors. If the first interaction exceeds a sensitivity threshold, the flexible electronic device sends a wake signal to a nearby eyewear device. In response to the wake signal, the eyewear device presents a graphical user interface (GUI) on the display. The eyewear device further presents a cursor along a path on the display that is substantially correlated to the course traveled by the flexible electronic device in motion along a course.

Systems and methods for communicating and displaying collections of image and video clip content are described. In one example embodiment, a device receives interface information about a group of content collections from a server computer system. When a user inputs a selection of a first content collection, the device displays images and video clips in a sequence defined by the content collection. Each piece of content (e.g. image or video clip) is displayed for less than a threshold display time. When the device finishes playing the first content collection, the device automatically begins playing a next content collection. Additional content collections generated from content submitted by other client devices can be received from the server computer system, with autoforward play of additional content collections continuing indefinitely. Some embodiments include content collections generated by the server computer system, as well as advertising elements or other system images presented between content collections.
