An electronic automatically decoupling hub assembly. The decoupling hub assembly has an axle and a hub shell rotationally positioned about the axle. A controller provides automatic activation/deactivation signals to an inductor. The decoupling hub assembly has a bearing rotationally positioned about the axle and a cassette body assembly, having a plurality of teeth, rotationally positioned about the bearing. One or more pawls are provided to engage with at least some of the teeth of the cassette body assembly and a seal is used to contain the pawls within the decoupling hub assembly. A cassette body assembly is coupled with the ratchet ring and an end cap is used to prevent a contaminant from entering into the decoupling hub assembly.

Suspension enhancing hub and rear derailleur assembly

A mid-sprocket assembly is disclosed herein. The mid-sprocket assembly includes an input shaft to receive an input force, the input shaft having a plurality of input shaft gears coupled therewith. A countershaft having a plurality of countershaft gears coupled therewith, at least one of the plurality of countershaft gears selectively and axially engaged to receive the input force from at least one input shaft gears and provide the input force to a rear wheel to drive the rear wheel.

Mid-sprocket assembly

A crank preload collar assembly is disclosed. The crank preload collar assembly includes a preload collar body having an axial opening therein to fit around a spindle of a crank assembly. The crank preload collar assembly also includes a clampable opening formed in a portion of the preload collar body. A cam lever is coupled with both sides of the clampable opening, wherein the cam lever provides a clamping force to the preload collar body with respect to the spindle.

Disclosed herein is a threaded bottom bracket comprising: an internal sleeve, a ball bearing, wherein an inner race of the ball bearing is an extended inner race, a cup fit to concentrically hold the ball bearing, wherein the cup is coupled to the internal sleeve, a labyrinth, the labyrinth coupled to the ball bearing and fit to prevent water and debris from entering the ball bearing, wherein the labyrinth and the cup form a path, and a rotary seal disposed between the ball bearing and the labyrinth, the rotary seal having an external seal that seals against the extended inner race.

A cinch direct mount 2× ring system is disclosed. One embodiment discloses a chainring assembly having a drive side crank arm with a chainring assembly interface including a plurality of splines, a circumference, and an axial length. The chainring assembly includes a first chainring having a first outer diameter and a first center assembly shape. The chainring assembly includes a second chainring having a second outer diameter and a second center assembly shape, the second outer diameter being different than the first outer diameter. The chainring assembly also includes a fastener to couple the first chainring and the second chainring with the chainring assembly interface, such that at least one of the first center assembly shape or the second center assembly shape engages with the plurality of splines.

A chain guide is disclosed herein. The chain guide includes a backplate and a chain guide. The backplate has an elongated opening therein. The chain guide includes a guide to orient a chain with respect to the sprocket. The chain guide also includes a retaining assembly to removably and adjustably frictionally couple the guide at a given location along the elongated opening in the backplate, such that when the guide is rotated axially about the retaining assembly, the guide is retained at the given location.

A cinch direct mountX ring system is disclosed. One embodiment discloses a chainring assembly having a drive side crank arm with a chainring assembly interface including a plurality of splines, a circumference, and an axial length. The chainring assembly includes a first chainring having a first outer diameter and a first center assembly shape. The chainring assembly includes a second chainring having a second outer diameter and a second center assembly shape, the second outer diameter being different than the first outer diameter. The chainring assembly also includes a fastener to couple the first chainring and the second chainring with the chainring assembly interface, such that at least one of the first center assembly shape or the second center assembly shape engages with the plurality of splines.

A seat post head assembly is disclosed. The assembly includes a housing coupled to a seat post, the housing including a cylindrical bore, and a first and second threaded chamber. A rotatable core is inserted into and rotates within the cylindrical bore, the rotatable core including a seat rail clamp assembly to fixedly clamp a set of seat rails and provide independent adjustment of a fore-aft location of the seat without affecting a pitch of the seat. The assembly additionally includes a first threaded member that threads into the first threaded chamber, contacts the rotatable core, and adjusts the pitch of the seat without affecting the fore-aft location of the seat. The assembly also includes a second threaded member that threads into the second threaded chamber, contacts a different portion of the rotatable core, and provides a physical hard stop against a change in the pitch.
