Examples described herein include systems and methods for providing secure access to an email server. A gateway server can receive a request for email notification information from a notification server and parse the request to identify at least one user device associated with the request. The gateway server can then determine whether the identified devices comply with any applicable compliance rules, for example by requesting a compliance status from a management server at which the identified devices are enrolled. If at least one of the identified devices is in compliance, the gateway can pass the request through to the email server. The gateway can then receive a response from the email server and provide it to the notification server.

Disclosed are various approaches for retrieving contacts from a plurality of federated services. In one example, an authentication notification is received from an identity manager. The authentication notification can include an identifier for a user account and a single sign-on token for the user account. A federated service to authenticate on behalf of the user account is identified. The single sign-on token is transmitted to the federated service for authentication. An authentication token and a refresh token are received from the federated service. The authentication token is determined to expire within a threshold time period. A determination is made that the refresh token has not expired. The refresh token is transmitted to the federated service for a replacement authentication token.

Contact consolidation across multiple services

Disclosed are various approaches for signing documents using mobile devices. A request is sent to a certificate authority for a signing certificate. The signing certificate is then received from the certificate authority. The signing certificate is then stored in the memory. Next, a file is received from a client application executed by the processor of the computing device. Then, the file is signed with the signing certificate to create a signed file. The signed file is then returned to the client application.

Document signing system for mobile devices

Disclosed are various approaches for encrypting documents using mobile devices. A first application receives, from a second application a file and an identifier of a user account. The first application then sends a request for a certificate to a certificate authority and receives a certificate in response. The file is then encrypted using the certificate, and the encrypted file is returned to the second application. The second application can identify the user account as the recipient of a file. Then, the second application can send an encryption request that includes the identifier of the user account and the file to the first application. In response to the request, the second application receives the encrypted file and then provides the encrypted file to the recipient.

Disclosed are various approaches for retrieving contacts from a plurality of federated services. A query is received from a client application executing on a client device, the query comprising a single sign-on token that identifies a user and a character string. A number of federated services that the user has permission to access are then identified. A plurality of authentication tokens are then retrieved from an authentication service, each of the plurality of authentication tokens identifying the user to a respective one of the plurality of federated services. Next, the authentication token and the character string are provided to a respective connector for each of the plurality of federated services that the user has permission to access. A plurality of responses are received, each of the plurality of responses being received from the respective connector corresponding to each of the plurality of federated services that the user has permission to access. Then the plurality of responses are provided to the client application executing on the client device.

Managed real-time communications between user devices may be provided. Upon receiving a request to instantiate a communication connection from an application, a secure session may be established between the application and a remote application. Input from a user of the application may be received, subjected to at least one management policy, and transmitted to the remote application.

Examples described herein include systems and methods for providing push notifications to a third-party application executing on a client device. An example can include encrypting user credentials, generating a callback Uniform Resource Locator ('URL') with at least a portion of the encrypted credentials embedded into the URL, and requesting notifications from an email service to be provided at the callback URL. Upon receiving a notification at the callback URL, a system component can decrypt the credentials within the URL using a private key and log into the email account using those decrypted credentials. The system component can then generate a push notification based on any changes found in the email account and cause the notification to be delivered to the third-party application on the client device.

Disclosed are various examples for facilitating the detection of conditions associated with an automatic reply associated with an email account. The automatic reply capability associated with an email account can be automatically activated in response to a condition associated with a client device, an email message, or an event stored in the user's calendar. An automatic reply message can be activated automatically or overridden by a user.

Disclosed are various examples for communicating notifications for received email messages. A monitoring service monitors inboxes to which clients are subscribed. When a message arrives in a subscribed inbox, the monitoring service sends a notification to a notification brokering service. The notification brokering service then forwards the notification to the appropriate notification service for communication to a subscribed client.

Systems and methods for facilitating participation in a remote meeting or virtual conference are described. A client device can detect an upcoming calendar event and, based on a record associated with the calendar event, identify elements for participating in the event, as well as one or more access codes associated with the one or more participation elements. A notification can be displayed to a user, the notification including a prompt for selection by the user to automatically initiate participation in the event. After initiating the user's participation in the event, an interface can be displayed to the user including a link to the access code corresponding to the participation element(s) used to initiate participation in the event. Upon selection of the link, the access code can be automatically provided to the service hosting the event.

Systems and methods for initiating a virtual meeting and transmitting ancillary information

Disclosed are examples of marking screenshots and identifying screenshots that have been marked. A client application or a computing environment can generate a watermark template for encoding in a user interface of the client application where the watermark template is not visible to the user of a client device. If a screen capture event is performed on the client device where a digital image file of a screenshot is generated, the digital image file can be analyzed to identify the presence of the watermark template. If the watermark template is identified, a remedial action can be performed in association with the screenshot.
