Proposed is a vehicle air conditioner, which performs cooling and heating by supplying cold air and hot air in an interior of the vehicle. The vehicle air conditioner includes an intake unit installed at an engine room and configured to suction and blows internal and external air to the interior, a heat exchanger unit configured to cool or heat and supply air blown from the intake unit, a case cover installed on an outer surface of the intake unit to cover the intake unit, and a case soundproofing member installed between an intake case of the intake unit and the case cover and configured to block noise that is transmitted to the intake case from the outside of the case cover.

An air conditioner for a vehicle may include a first air conditioner provided on the engine compartment side with respect to a dash panel, and including an intake unit of suctioning internal or external air and blowing same to the vehicle interior side; and a second air conditioner provided on the vehicle interior side with respect to the dash panel, and including a duct for discharging conditioned air to the vehicle interior side. The present invention provides a heating control method for a fuel cell vehicle, in which an additional heating source is used together with a typical electric heater to reduce power consumption and increase fuel efficiency as compared to the sole use of the electric heater. For this purpose, the present invention provides a heating control method for a fuel cell vehicle which comprises an electric heater for heating air supplied to the interior of the vehicle, and a heater core provided in a coolant line for cooling a fuel cell stack and heating the air supplied to the interior of the vehicle by heat exchange with the coolant discharged from the fuel cell stack. The method comprises: detecting a state of charge (SOC) of a battery when the interior temperature is lower than a predetermined temperature set by a driver and, if the SOC of the battery is above a predetermined lower limit, heating the interior of the vehicle by operating the electric heater by the power of a battery; heating the interior of the vehicle by operating the electric heater by the power generated by the fuel cell stack, if the SOC of the battery is below the lower limit; heating the interior of the vehicle using both the heater core and the electric heater, if the temperature of the coolant is above a predetermined temperature at which the fuel cell stack does not reach a normal operating temperature; and heating the interior of the vehicle using only the heater core while turning off the electric heater, if the temperature of the coolant is increased above a normal operating temperature of the fuel cell stack.

Heating control method for fuel cell vehicle

A system for operating a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) heater in a fuel cell vehicle includes a fuel cell stack and a PTC heater generating heat when supplied with an electric current. A controller is configured to check a key-start state of the vehicle and determine whether or not an outdoor temperature is lower than a reference temperature. If it is determined that the vehicle is key-started so as to activate the fuel cell stack, and the outdoor temperature is lower than the reference temperature, the controller supplies electrical energy generated by the fuel cell stack to the PTC heater, thereby driving the PTC heater.

System and method for operating positive temperature coefficient heater in fuel cell vehicle

A button unit for an electronic control apparatus of a vehicle is disclosed. The button unit comprises a button and a detector. The button comprises a controlling portion which is pivotably coupled to a front panel of the electronic control apparatus, and an extension bar which extends from the controlling portion into the electronic control apparatus to be pivoted in a direction opposite to the pivoting direction of the controlling portion. The detector comprises a switch which is located within a pivoting radius of the extension bar and can be pivoted under the action of the extension bar, and a detector body on which the switch is pivotably installed and configured to transmit at least a electrical signal to the outside according to pivoting angles of the switch.
