A device and method for detecting cerebral microbleeds use magnetic resonance images. The disclosed device includes a preprocessing unit that normalizes an SWI image and a phase image, respectively, of the magnetic resonance images, and performs phase image conversion for inverting a code of the normalized phase image, a YOLO neural network module that receives a two-channel image in which the preprocessed SWI image and phase image are concatenated and detects a plurality of candidate regions for the cerebral microbleeds, and a cerebral microbleeds determination neural network module that receives patch images of candidate regions of the SWI image and phase image based on the candidate regions and determines whether the patch images of each candidate region are an image with a symptom of the cerebral microbleeds through a neural network operation.

Disclosed are Parkinson's disease diagnosing apparatus and method and a configuration which includes an image acquiring unit which acquires a multi-echo magnitude and a phase image from MRI obtained by capturing a brain of a patient, an image processing unit which post-processes only substantia nigra and a nigrosome-1 region proposed as an imaging biomarker of the Parkinson's disease from the acquired image to be observed; an image analyzing unit which classifies images including the nigrosome-1 region by analyzing the processed images and detects the nigrosome-1 region from the classified image, and a diagnosing unit which determines whether the nigrosome-1 region is normal in the classified image to diagnose the Parkinson's disease is provided so that only the image which includes the nigrosome-1 region is classified in the MRI and the nigrosome-1 region is analyzed from the classified image to diagnose the Parkinson's disease.

According to the present invention, accurate T2* and vascular images are concurrently acquired by acquiring a T2* image without a flow compensation and a T2* image with a flow compensation and subtracting the two images to reconstitute an image showing the flow phenomenon. Furthermore, an accurate T2* image can be acquired by using the readout gradient without the flow compensation and also the accurate T2* and vascular images can be concurrently acquired. The clinical judgment for blood flow rate of the blood vessel and the clinical judgment for acute stroke can be concurrently made, and so the present invention can be widely utilized in clinical practice.

Method for acquiring T2* and vascular images from magnetic resonance imaging system

Images where the vascular walls are automatically divided are obtained by obtaining two MRI images that reflect different properties of the blood vessel and obtaining the difference between the two images. This can image both the vascular inner and the outer walls, thereby obtaining the exact size of the blood vessel, and the thickness between the vascular inner and outer walls. Therefore, it is possible to stably perform the operation using a stent with an accurate size during the stent procedure.
