Provided is a display apparatus. The display apparatus comprises: a substrate comprising a bending area located between a first area and a second area and bent in the bending area; a display unit arranged over an upper surface of the substrate and located in the first area; a protection film located over a lower surface of the substrate and comprising a protection film base and a viscous layer, the protection film base not directly contacting the substrate; and a bending protection layer comprising a first bending protection layer and a second bending protection layer and corresponding to the bending area, wherein the protection film has an opening corresponding to the bending area or at least a part of the first area and the second area, wherein the first bending protection layer is arranged over at least a part of a boundary of the opening or over an outside of the boundary of the opening, and at least a part of the second bending protection layer is arranged over an inside of the boundary of the opening, and wherein a height of one point of the first bending protective layer is higher than a height of one point of the second bending protective layer.

Display apparatus

An organic light emitting display device includes a display panel including a display region where a plurality of pixels are disposed, a pad region including a bending region and a pad electrode region where pad electrodes are disposed, a polarizing layer disposed in the display region, and a lower protection film disposed on a lower surface of the display panel. The lower protection film includes a first and a second lower protection film pattern. The first lower protection film pattern is disposed in the display region, and the second lower protection film pattern in the pad electrode region such that a lower surface of the display panel in the bending region is exposed. The bending protection layer has an upper surface with a height that is less than a height of the polarizing layer, and is disposed in the bending region on the display panel.

Organic light emitting display device

Provided are a display apparatus and a method of manufacturing the display apparatus. The display apparatus includes: a substrate including a bending area located between a first area and a second area and bent in the bending area; a display unit arranged over an upper surface of the substrate and located in the first area; a protection film located over a lower surface of the substrate and including a protection film base and a viscous layer; and a bending protection layer including a first bending protection layer and a second bending protection layer and corresponding to the bending area, wherein the protection film is located over the lower surface of the substrate and has an opening corresponding to the bending area or at least a part of the first area, and wherein the first bending protection layer is arranged over at least a part of a boundary of the opening or over an outside of the boundary of the opening, and at least a part of the second bending protection layer is arranged over an inside of the boundary of the opening.

Display apparatus and method of manufacturing the same

A display device includes a display panel divided into a display region and a non-display region, the display panel including a panel pad part on the non-display region, a driving circuit substrate including a driving pad part, the driving circuit substrate to provide a driving signal to the display panel, a panel connecting substrate including a first connecting pad part and a second pad part, the panel connecting substrate to electrically connect the display panel and the driving circuit substrate, a first adhesive member between the driving pad part and the first connecting pad part, and a second adhesive member between the panel pad part and the second connecting pad part. At least one of the first and second adhesive members is a conductive adhesive member including a polymer resin and a plurality of conductive particles including at least one of tin or indium.
