A method of recycling waste lubricant. The method includes providing a waste lubricant-derived oil fraction, pretreating the waste lubricant-derived oil fraction, and hydrocracking the pretreated waste lubricant-derived oil fraction. The method has economic advantages in that waste lubricant can be recycled into fuel oil and high-grade lube base oil with a relatively high yield compared to a lube base oil manufacturing process utilizing only unconverted oil as a feedstock.

The present invention relates to a method for selective cell attachment/detachment, cell patternization and cell harvesting by means of near infrared rays. More particularly, conducting polymers or metal oxides having exothermic characteristics upon irradiation of near infrared light is used as a cell culture scaffold, thus selectively attaching/detaching cells without an enzyme treatment. The scaffold has an effect of promoting proliferation or differentiation of stem cells, and therefore, can be used as a stem cell culture scaffold. Provided is a small form factor optical/magnetic disk including an integrated metal hub and a disk plate. The integrated metal hub includes a circular upper metal hub and a circular lower metal hub integrally formed with and disposed under the upper metal hub. A central hole is formed in central portions of the upper and lower metal hubs and passes through the upper and lower metal hubs. Since the central portion of the small form factor optical/magnetic disk is not thick, the small form factor optical/magnetic disk can contribute to an ultra thin small form factor information storage device. Also, since manufacturing processes are simple, price and quality competitiveness can be enhanced.
