A method of manufacturing an organic light-emitting display apparatus includes forming a pixel electrode and a pixel-defining layer on a substrate, the pixel-defining layer covering edges of the pixel electrode sequentially forming a lift-off layer and a photoresist on the pixel electrode and the pixel-defining layer patterning the lift-off layer and the photoresist to define an opening that exposes a top surface of the pixel electrode and a portion of the pixel-defining layer sequentially forming an intermediate layer and an opposite electrode in the opening and on the photoresist, the intermediate layer including an emission layer forming a passivation layer to cover an entirety of a top surface and end portions of the opposite electrode and removing the lift-off layer and the photoresist that remain outside the opening.

Organic light-emitting display device, and method for manufacturing organic light-emitting display device

A storage device and an operating method thereof are provided. The storage device includes a non-volatile memory and a storage controller. The storage controller includes a command and address generator, an error detection module, and an interface circuit. The command and address generator generates a first command, an address, and a second command, the second command including an error detection signal for detecting a communication error in the first command and the address. The error detection module generates the error detection signal from the first command and the address. The interface circuit sequentially transmits the first command, the address, and the second command to the non-volatile memory. The first command indicates a type of a memory operation to be performed in the non-volatile memory, and the second command corresponds to a confirm command.

Storage device and operating method of storage controller

In a display apparatus, a display panel includes a pixel array of pixels, each pixel disposed on one of a plurality of row lines and including a plurality of inorganic LEDs, and a sub pixel circuit corresponding to each of the plurality of LEDs. Each sub pixel circuit includes a PMOSFET driving transistor, and drives a corresponding LED based on an applied image data voltage. A sensing part senses a current through the driving transistor of at least one sub pixel circuit based on a specified voltage applied to the sub pixel circuit, and outputs corresponding sensing data. A correcting part corrects an image data voltage applied to the sub pixel circuit based on the sensing data. In each LED, an anode electrode is coupled to a common node to which a driving voltage is applied, and a cathode electrode is coupled to a source terminal of the driving transistor.

Display apparatus including pixel arrays formed of self-emissive devices

An emission driver includes stages. At least one of the stages has a carry control node outputting a carry signal and an emission control node outputting an emission signal that are separated. Further, a second low gate voltage may be used that may be lower that a first low gate voltage. Further, transistors between each of the carry and emission control nodes and a second low voltage line transferring the second low gate voltage may have a series two transistor structure. Further, a transistor outputting the second low gate voltage as the carry signal may be repeatedly turned on and off in response to an inverted low clock signal. Accordingly, operation reliability of the emission driver of the display device may be improved.

A display module comprises: a display panel; and a driving unit configured to apply a first control signal for setting a PWM data voltage to sub-pixels, included in each row-line of the display panel for each image frame, to the sub-pixels in a row-line order, and apply a second control signal for controlling the light emission of sub-pixels, included in each row-line, to the sub-pixel in a row-line order, wherein the sub-pixels included in each row-line emit light for a time corresponding to the PWM data voltage set according to the first control signal, based on the second control signal applied to the light emission section corresponding to the image frame, and do not emit light for a preset time based on second control signal applied in a period between consecutive image frame periods.

A display apparatus includes: a modular display panel including a plurality of display modules; and a timing controller. Each of the plurality of display modules includes: a display panel including a pixel array and subpixel circuits; and a driving unit which drives the subpixel circuits such that inorganic light-emitting elements in the pixel array successively emit light in a first order of multiple row lines or in a second order opposite to the first order. The timing controller provides the driving unit of a first display module with first control signals for causing the inorganic light-emitting elements of the first display module to emit light in the first order, and provides the driving unit of a second display module, which is positioned above or below the first display module, with second control signals for causing the inorganic light-emitting elements of the second display module to emit light in the second order.

A display apparatus includes display panel including a pixel array in which pixels, each of which including a plurality of inorganic light emitting elements, are disposed in a plurality of row lines, and sub pixel circuits corresponding to inorganic light emitting elements of the pixel array, a driving unit configured to set an image data voltage sequentially to the sub pixel circuits based on a first driving voltage, and drive the sub pixel circuits so that a driving current corresponding to the set image data voltage is provided sequentially to the inorganic light emitting elements of the pixel array based on a second driving voltage; a sensing unit configured to sense a current flowing through a driving transistor included in each of the sub pixel circuits based on a specific voltage which is applied to the sub pixel circuits, and output sensing data corresponding to the sensed current; and a correction unit configured to correct an image data voltage to be applied to each of the sub pixel circuits based on the sensing data, wherein the first driving voltage and the second driving voltage are applied to the sub pixel circuits through a first wiring and a second wiring, respectively, the first wiring and the second wiring being separate wirings.
