The present invention relates to a secondary battery having the electrode structure and a method of manufacturing therefor, the electrode structure according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise an electrode assembly including a cathode layer, an anode layer facing the cathode layer, and a separation film disposed between the cathode layer and the anode layer; an exterior body including a upper exterior layer having an outer sealing part of which at least a portion of or whole edges are adhered so as to accommodate the electrode assembly and an electrolyte therein, and a lower exterior layer; a battery penetration part forming openings from the upper exterior layer to the lower exterior layer; and an inner sealing part in which facing portions of the upper exterior layer and the lower exterior layer of external periphery of the battery penetration part are adhered each other.

Secondary battery and method of manufacturing therefor

Provided are a flexible secondary battery and a method of manufacturing the same. The method includes forming an electrode including a metal fiber-like current collector and an active material combined with the metal fiber-like current collector; and providing a liquid pre-electrolyte that may be either thermally polymerized or crosslinked to the electrode and applying heat thereto, such that the liquid pre-electrolyte is integrated with the electrode and forms a gelated or solidified polymer electrode.

Flexible secondary battery and method for manufacturing same

The present invention relates to a battery package attached to an external substrate, which includes an electronic circuit and a power terminal electrically connected to the electronic circuit, to supply power to the electronic circuit, or to accumulate energy by collecting power. A battery package, according to an exemplary embodiment, comprises: a battery unit that has one or more secondary battery cells and leads that are connected to the secondary battery cells and exposed; a flexible encapsulation body that accommodates the battery unit therein; exposed electrodes that are exposed on the surface of the flexible encapsulation body and are electrically connected to the leads to electrically connect to the electronic circuit; and a first Velcro part mounted on the surface of the flexible encapsulation body.

Fabric-friendly type secondary battery package

The present invention relates to a method for recycling LiFePO, which is an olivine-based cathode material for a lithium secondary battery. The present invention is characterized in that a cathode material including LiFePOis synthesized using, as precursors, amorphous FePO.XHO and crystalline FePO.2HO (metastrengite) obtained by chemically treating LiFePOas an olivine-based cathode material for a lithium secondary battery, which is produced from a waste battery. Since a cathode fabricated from the LiFePOcathode material synthesized according to the present invention does not deteriorate the capacity, output characteristics, cycle efficiency and performance of the secondary battery and the cathode material of the lithium secondary battery may be recycled, the secondary battery is economically efficient.

Recycling method of olivine-based cathode material for lithium secondary battery, cathode material fabricated therefrom, and cathode and lithium secondary battery including the same

The present invention relates to a method for fabricating a LiFePO4 cathode electroactive material for a lithium secondary battery by recycling, and a LiFePO4 cathode electroactive material for a lithium secondary battery, a LiFePO4 cathode, and a lithium secondary battery fabricated thereby. The present invention is characterized in that a cathode scrap is heat treated in air for a cathode electroactive material to be easily dissolved in an acidic solution, and amorphous FePOobtained as precipitate is heat treated in an atmosphere of air or hydrogen so as to fabricate crystalline FePOor FePO. According to the present invention, a cathode scrap may be recycled by using a simple, environmentally friendly, and economical method. Further, a lithium secondary battery fabricated by using a LiFePOcathode electroactive material from the cathode scrap is not limited in terms of performance.
