Disclosed is a polypeptide containing an extracellular domain of a synaptogenic protein, and a method for manufacturing a nerve cell, a complex containing a biotin tagged at the C-terminus of the polypeptide, an artificial synapse inducer for coupling the composite to a streptavidin (SAV)-coated substrate and a nerve cell. The complex tagged with a biotin at the C-terminus of the polypeptide containing the extracellular domain of the synaptogenic protein, such as neuroligin-1, can display activity by being attached to the SAV-coated substrate to adjust the orientation thereof without help of a supported lipid bilayer. The complex containing an additional RFP between the extracellular domain and the biotin of the synaptogenic protein not only facilitates easier mass-production, quantification, and tracking, but also displays activity of a normal synaptogenic protein, thereby inducing excitatory or inhibitory synaptic differentiation by being fixed to the substrate and added to the nerve cell culture.

A damping force controlling shock absorber can generate a hard damping force through disk slits during a low speed operation by adding a disk valve to a chamber, can constantly maintain a pressure of a back pressure compartment by opening a disk valve and discharge the pressure of the back pressure compartment to the outside when the pressure of the back pressure compartment is at a predetermined level or more, thereby generating a harder damping force during a low speed operation, and can adjust a disk valve open pressure during a medium/high speed operation so as to prevent the durability of the equipment from being lowered by an excessive increase of a pressure and prevent an abnormal operation from occurring.

Damping force controlling shock absorber

Provided is a shock absorber capable of suppressing a great change in a damping force even upon a stroke change. The shock absorber with a pilot chamber includes: a housing that constitutes the pilot chamber and includes a pilot hole and an inflow passage; a disk valve body that allows a fluid inside the pilot chamber to be discharged outside via the pilot hole; and a check valve body that allows the fluid to flow into the pilot chamber through the inflow passage.

In a damping force controlling shock absorber, a pilot passage and a bypass passage are shared between a cut-out portion formed in a hollow of a pilot disk and a branch groove of a spool guide, thus simplifying a passage structure, simplifying a passage adjustment structure of a spool, and improving productivity and dispersion of products.

A damping force controlling shock absorber includes: retainers respectively connected to top and bottom surfaces of the piston, a connection passage communicating with a main passage being formed to vertically penetrate the retainers; housings respectively disposed on corresponding opposite surfaces of the retainers to form pilot chambers on mutual corresponding surfaces of the housings, a pilot passage being formed to vertically penetrate the housings so as to communicate the pilot chambers with the outside; pilot valves that are in close contact with the connection passage between the retainers and the housings to generate a main damping force; and a spool guide that penetrate and connects to the retainers, the housings, and the pilot valves and guides the spool in a state of surrounding the outside of the spool.

An electronically controlled internal damper includes: a main passage formed by a working fluid flowing through a main piston; a pilot passage formed by a working fluid as much as a predetermined amount discharged from a first pilot chamber and a second pilot chamber so as to maintain internal pressures of the first pilot chamber and the second pilot chamber to a predetermined level when pressures of the first pilot chamber and the second pilot chamber are increased beyond the predetermined level; and a bypass passage formed by a working fluid passing through the compression retainer and the rebound retainer symmetrically disposed above and under the main piston and a plurality of holes formed transversely to a vertical length direction of a spool rod. Accordingly, the electronically controlled internal damper is capable of implementing damping performance in both a soft mode and a hard mode with a relatively simple structure and increasing sealing performance while reducing rigidity.

Electronically controlled internal damper

An electronically controlled internal damper is provided. Due to a structure in which a valve unit is mounted on a spool rod along which a driven spool reciprocates and a damping unit is provided in an outer peripheral surface of the driven spool and the spool rod, it is possible to improve ride comfort by reducing a low-speed damping force of a soft mode in the driven spool and the spool rod without increasing their sizes.

A damping force variable valve assembly includes a spool () which is moved by a magnetic force, a spool guide () which surrounds the spool (), valve bodies (), a main valve (), a back pressure chamber () which is formed at the back of the main valve (), and an elastic opening/closing portion which is installed in the valve body to open and close a pressure adjustment passage () communicating the inside of the back pressure chamber () with the outside of the back pressure chamber (). Due to the interaction between the spool () and the spool guide (), the damping force of the shock absorber is variable between a hard mode in which the back pressure of the back pressure chamber () is increased and a soft mode in which the back pressure of the back pressure chamber () is decreased. In a case where a flow velocity of a working fluid is low in the hard mode, the elastic opening/closing portion opens the pressure adjustment passage () when an internal pressure of the back pressure chamber () exceeds a preset pressure.

Damping force variable valve assembly

Provided are a damping force variable valve assembly with a low-speed control valve capable of controlling an ultra-low flow rate and a low flow rate when a damping force variable valve operates in a soft mode, and a damping force variable shock absorber including the damping force variable valve assembly. The damping force variable valve assembly, which is installed in a damping force variable shock absorber for adjustment of a damping force of the shock absorber, includes: a solenoid; a spool which is movable by the magnetic force of the solenoid; a spool guide which surrounds the spool; a main valve which is installed in a main passage formed in a valve body installed in the spool guide; a back pressure chamber which is provided in the rear of the main valve; a chamber forming body which forms the back pressure chamber.

Damping force variable valve assembly and damping force variable shock absorber having the same

Provided is a continuous damping control shock absorber of a dual solenoid valve structure. The continuous damping control shock absorber of the dual solenoid valve structure includes a rebound solenoid valve and a compression solenoid valve. In the continuous damping control shock absorber, a separator tube for interworking prevention is installed to form a connection chamber at a position where the rebound separator tube and the compression separator tube are connected, thereby preventing interworking of the rebound solenoid valve and the compression solenoid valve. A communication hole is formed in the compression separator tube to communicate with the connection chamber. The separator tube for interworking prevention is configured such that the fluid discharged from the rebound solenoid valve flows into not the low-pressure reservoir chamber but the high-pressure compression chamber during the compression stroke, thereby improving the operational independence of the rebound solenoid valve and the compression solenoid valve. Therefore, it is possible to solve the problem that the compression damping force and the rebound damping force are interworked by the opening of the passage of the rebound solenoid valve during the compression stroke, and to effectively prevent a reduction in the compression damping force.

Continuous damping control shock absorber of dual solenoid valve structure

Disclosed is a hydraulic stopper of a shock absorber. The shock absorber includes a cylinder and a piston rod having a piston valve. The stopper includes a closing member at one side of the piston rod to protect the piston valve, a free piston movable between the closing member and the rod guide to define a fluid passage with the piston rod, a sealing member between the free piston and the cylinder, and a rebound spring between the free piston and the rod guide to elastically support the free piston such that the free piston comes into close contact with the closing member to block the fluid passage when the piston rod moves excessively upward. The stopper may generate buffering effect using oil pressure without being restricted by the length of a rod guide, applied to a general shock absorber, and permit components thereof to be shared with the general shock absorber.
