A display device is provided. The display device comprise a substrate a display layer disposed on the substrate and including a plurality of light-emitting areas, and a touch layer disposed on the display layer and including a touch area and a non-touch area, the touch layer includes: a plurality of first sensor electrodes and a plurality of second sensor electrodes disposed in the touch area, and a plurality of antenna patterns disposed in a portion of the touch area disposed adjacent to the non-touch area, the plurality of antenna patterns includes: a first antenna pattern transmitting a transmit signal, and a second antenna pattern receiving the transmit signal, wherein each of the first antenna pattern and the second antenna pattern is at least partially surrounded by one of the plurality of first sensor electrodes or one of the plurality of second sensor electrodes in a plan view.

Display device

A display device including a light sensing array layer (LSAL), a substrate, a selective light transmission layer (SLTL), a pixel circuit layer (PCL), a display element layer (DEL), and pixels. The LSAL includes an optical sensor to sense incident light. The substrate is on the LSAL and includes a display area (DA) including pixel areas (PAs), and a non-DA adjacent to the DA. The SLTL is disposed on the substrate and includes through-holes to form a path of light onto the optical sensor, and a light-blocking conductive pattern (LBCP) between the through-holes. The PCL is disposed on the SLTL and includes a conductive layer and an insulation layer. The DEL is disposed on the PCL and emits light. Each pixel includes a pixel circuit disposed on the PCL, and a light emitting element on the DEL in a corresponding pixel area. The LBCP is electrically connected to the conductive layer.

A display device includes: a substrate including a display area having a plurality of pixel areas and a non-display area surrounding at least one side of the display area; a light-blocking layer disposed on a first surface of the substrate and including light transmissive areas to allow incident light to pass therethrough; a circuit-element layer disposed on the light-blocking layer and including a plurality of conductive layers; a light-emitting element layer disposed on the circuit-element layer and including light-emitting elements; and a sensor layer disposed on a second surface of the substrate opposing the first surface to sense the light passing through the light transmissive areas. The light-blocking layer is electrically coupled to at least one of the plurality of conductive layers.

Display device including light-blocking layer and sensor layer

Provided is a display device. The display device includes a display panel which includes a base substrate, a thin-film transistor layer on the base substrate, and a light emitting element layer comprising light emitting elements on the thin-film transistor layer; a cover window on the light emitting element layer of the display panel; and a fingerprint recognition sensor layer under the display panel. The base substrate includes a first base, a second base on the first base, and a light blocking layer between the first base and the second base, and the light blocking layer includes holes through which light reflected by a finger touching the cover window passes.

A display device may include: a first substrate including pixel areas; a circuit element layer disposed on a first surface of the first substrate, and including at least one conductive layer; a light emitting element layer disposed on the circuit element layer; pixels each including a circuit element and a light emitting element disposed on the circuit element layer and the light emitting element layer in a corresponding one of the pixel areas; a first light transmitting hole array layer including first light transmitting holes distributed in the circuit element layer; and a photo sensor array layer disposed on a second surface of the first substrate and configured to overlap with the first light transmitting hole array layer, the photo sensor array layer comprising photo sensors. The first light transmitting holes may include openings distributed in the at least one conductive layer.

Fingerprint sensor and display device including the same

A fingerprint sensor for a display device including: a substrate having first and second surfaces; a light transmission layer including a first layer disposed on the first surface of the substrate and having first openings in at least one first conductive layer, and a second layer disposed on the first surface of the substrate and having second openings in at least one second conductive layer; a light emitting element layer disposed on the first layer and the second layer and having at least one light emitting element; and a sensor layer disposed on the second surface of the substrate and having light sensors. At least a portion of the first openings and at least a portion of the second openings at least partially overlap and have different sizes.

A display device including a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix, a substrate, a first anode disposed on the substrate, and a plurality of opaque conductive layers disposed between the substrate and the first anode, in which the pixels include an opening pixel including a first anode arrangement region, a pinhole region located around the first anode arrangement region and surrounded by the first anode, and a first anode non-arrangement region including an exposed region located outside the first anode, and in a plan view, the opaque conductive layers completely cover the exposed region and at least partially expose the pinhole region.

A display device of embodiments of the present disclosure may include a substrate including a display area including a plurality of pixel areas, and a non-display area adjacent the display area, a circuit element layer on the substrate, and including a plurality of non-transmission areas in which a plurality of signal lines for transferring signals for driving a pixel are positioned, and a plurality of transmission areas for transmitting light and located between the signal lines in a plan view, a light emitting element layer on the circuit element layer, and including light emitting elements, and a light blocking layer between the substrate and the circuit element layer, and including a plurality of first opening portions overlapping the non-transmission area, and a plurality of second opening portions overlapping the transmission area, wherein one of the non-transmission areas and the transmission area are in each of the pixel areas.
