A variable displacement swash plate type compressor control method and a variable displacement swash plate type compressor controlled thereby may include a first determination step of determining whether liquid refrigerant exists within the variable displacement swash plate type compressor; a first operation step of applying power to the field coil assembly and of not applying current to the electronic control valve, when it is determined in the first determination step S1 that the liquid refrigerant exists; a second determination step of comparing an elapsed period of time of operating in the first operation step with a predetermined reference time; and a second operation step of maintaining the power applied in the first operation step to the field coil assembly and applying current to the electronic control valve when the elapsed period of time is greater than or equal to the reference time.

Variable displacement swash plate type compressor and control method

An electric compressor including a housing, a compression mechanism disposed in the housing and configured to compress a refrigerant, a motor configured to generate power required for the compression mechanism, a rotary shaft configured to transmit power from the motor to the compression mechanism, a bearing configured to support the rotary shaft, and an elastic member configured to press the rotary shaft toward the compression mechanism, thereby suppressing axial vibration of the rotary shaft during an operation, suppressing an increase in noise, and preventing damage to the bearing configured to support the rotary shaft.

A swash plate compressor including a cylinder block accommodating a piston for compressing a refrigerant, a front housing coupled to the front of the cylinder block and having a crank chamber, a rear housing having a suction chamber and a discharge chamber and coupled to the rear of the cylinder block. The swash plate compressor includes a valve assembly with a valve plate inserted into the rear housing, a gasket in the cylinder block, a suction plate between the valve plate and the cylinder block, a variable orifice module having a first orifice hole for refrigerant passing, a second orifice hole communicating with the suction chamber to discharge the refrigerant passing through the first orifice hole to the suction chamber, and an intermediate passage connecting the orifice holes, the first orifice hole having a variable reed, a degree of opening of which is varied depending on the refrigerant pressure.

Swash plate compressor

A swash plate compressor includes a cylinder block accommodating a piston for compressing a refrigerant, a front housing coupled to the cylinder block and having a crank chamber, a rear housing having a suction chamber and a discharge chamber and coupled to the cylinder block, and a suction reed plate inserted between a valve plate and the cylinder block. The swash plate compressor includes: a first orifice hole through which the refrigerant in the crank chamber passes; a second orifice hole communicating between the first orifice hole and the suction chamber; an intermediate flow path configured to connect the first orifice hole and the second orifice hole; and the valve plate inserted into the rear housing and having a suction chamber pressure-maintaining space connected to the suction chamber and configured to maintain a pressure equal to a pressure in the suction chamber.

Disclosed is a suction damping case. A refrigerant introduced into the suction damping case flows for a predetermined period of time at reduced pressure and speed, and then is discharged to the outside of the body, so that a damping function can be made. When the suction damping case is coupled to a rear housing, a hook and an embossing prevents the suction damping case from being separated.

The lubricating coating composition includes a thermosetting or thermoplastic polyimide-based resin as a binder, a solid lubricant, various solvents, and other additives at a controlled ratio. Disclosed herein is a valve assembly for a variable swash plate compressor. Since an opening hole of a suction reed is enlarged toward a suction port of a valve plate and refrigerant is also introduced into a cylinder bore through the opening hole when the suction port is opened, performance of a compressor may be enhanced by an increase in flow rate.

The present invention relates to a power transmission device of the clutchless compressor, which includes: a pulley; a hub disposed in one side face of the pulley and connected to a driving shaft of a compressor; a drive-side connection member including a connection portion detachably connected to one side face of the pulley and a breaking portion connected to the connection portion and broken when a torque above a preset value is generated in the compressor; and a driven-side connection member connected to one side face of the hub and is connected to the breaking portion and including a plastic deformation portion outside the driven-side connection member so that the driven-side connection member is plastic deformed or is broken due to plastic deformation if a rotational shock is applied from the connection portion to a remaining breaking member remaining even after the breaking portion is broken.

A power transmission apparatus includes a pulley connected to a driving source and receiving a rotational force, at least one damper installed on the pulley, and a cover plate including a hub connecting the pulley and a compressor, a fixed plate coupled to an upper surface of the hub, and a plurality of deformation members independently installed on an outer circumferential surface of the fixed plate, wherein, when an overload is applied to the compressor, the deformation members are deformed and a coupling relationship with the damper is released so that power transmission from the driving source is cut off.
