A pressure sensing device includes a pressure signal receiver configured to receive an analog pressure signal from a pressure sensor, a converter configured to convert the analog pressure signal to a digital pressure signal, and a processor configured to convert a pressure value of the digital pressure signal to a bit value corresponding to the pressure value and output the bit value. The processor is configured to convert the pressure value to a first bit value by a first bit resolution in response to the pressure value being included in a first pressure interval, and convert the pressure value to a second bit value by a second bit resolution in response to the pressure value being included in a second pressure interval. The second pressure interval is a pressure interval greater than the first pressure interval, and the first bit resolution is greater than the second bit resolution.

Pressure sensing device and processing method thereof

A displacement sensor having a sensing body, a strain gauge, and a signal processing unit. The sensing body having a diaphragm positioned at a lower surface of the sensing body and an input bar orthogonally fixed at a center of an upper surface of the sensing body. The strain gauge attaches to the diaphragm. The signal processing unit generates an electrical signal based on an output value of the strain gauge corresponding to strain of the diaphragm caused by moment of the input bar.

Diaphragm type displacement sensor detecting moment

A vertical pressure sensor having a fluid deforming pressure application unit, a sensor housing, a socket, a circuit board, a plurality of electrode terminals, and a plurality of electrical signal transmitting electrode rods. The pressure application unit includes a diaphragm to which strain gauges are attached. The socket surrounds a circumference of the diaphragm of the pressure application unit and includes a receiving passageway. The plurality of electrode terminals are provided at the upper end of the socket in a Wheatstone bridge circuit pattern. The plurality of electrode terminals protrude from the upper end of the socket to constitute an electrode tip. The circuit board connects to the plurality of electrode terminals to convert a pressure value into an electrical signal, and the plurality of electrode rods are connected to the circuit board to transmit the electrical signal outside.

Vertical pressure sensor

A weight sensing device providing an accurate measurement of only a passenger's vertical load without an interference of moment and lateral load caused upon sudden braking and a variation in traveling conditions of a vehicle. The weight sensing device includes a sensor body having a center hole for fastening of the sensor body with a seat frame, a diaphragm provided around the center hole, a pair of fixing holes provided at opposite sides of the center hole and arranged coaxially with the center hole for fastening of the sensor body with a slide rail, supporting planes containing the fixing holes and located at opposite sides of the diaphragm, and a mounting recess defined between the diaphragm and the supporting planes, a semiconductor strain gauge and a printed circuit board attached to the diaphragm of the sensor body, and a connector electrically connected with the printed circuit board, to transmit a value output from the semiconductor strain gauge to an airbag controller.
