An electrostatic chuck is configured to attach the substrate to the at least one mask. A first driver is configured to drive the electrostatic chuck. At least a partial portion of the mask frame does not overlap the electrostatic chuck in a thickness direction of the substrate.

An organic electroluminescent display and method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. In one aspect, the organic electroluminescent display includes a substrate and a first electrode disposed on the substrate. It also includes a pixel definition layer disposed on the first electrode, wherein the pixel definition layer has an opening portion formed in an area overlapped with the first electrode.
