An optical filter which minimizes color shift, increases brightness and improves visibility and an organic light-emitting display having the same. The optical filter includes a micro pattern film disposed on an organic light-emitting panel. The micro pattern film includes a base material and a micro pattern engraved from the surface of the base material that adjoins the organic light-emitting panel. The micro pattern has a plurality of engraved shapes with a non-circular cross-section which has a depth greater than a width.

Organic light emitting display having improved color shift and visibility

An optical filter for compensating for color shift is provided in front of a display panel of a display device. The optical filter includes a background layer and a green wavelength absorption pattern provided with a predetermined thickness on the background layer. The green wavelength absorption pattern absorbs a green wavelength of light. The green wavelength absorption pattern contains a material that absorbs a green wavelength of light in the range of 510 nm to 560 nm, and can also contain a white light absorbing material. A green's complementary color absorbing part absorbs a wavelength of light complementary to green, and contains at least one of a material absorbing a blue wavelength of light in the range of 440 nm to 480 nm and a material absorbing a red wavelength of light in the range of 600 nm to 650 nm.

Disclosed is an electromagnetic wave blocking member for a display apparatus. The electromagnetic wave blocking member may include a transparent substrate, an electrode layer, and a transparent conductive layer. The electrode layer can include i) a grounding electrode corresponding to at least one frame area of the transparent substrate, and ii) an auxiliary electrode overlying the transparent substrate for connection with the grounding electrode and having a mesh or stripe pattern. The transparent conductive layer can be formed either on the electrode layer or between the transparent substrate and the electrode layer. In one example, the transparent conductive layer can include a series of a metal thin film alternating with a metal oxide thin film a plurality of times.
