The present disclosure relates to a crane, in particular an offshore crane, having a slewing gear and a hydraulic slewing gear drive, wherein the slewing gear is held in its position via a holding torque applied by the hydraulic slewing gear drive, and wherein an overload safety device is provided having at least one detection means for detecting the outreach and/or the position of the crane hook and having at least one pressure relief valve, with the system pressure applied to the hydraulic slewing gear drive via at least one pressure relief valve can be regulated in dependence on the outreach and/or on the position of the crane hook.

Crane with overload safety device

A cable winch device, particularly a cable winch device for a crane, has at least one cable winch with at least one cable, with the cable wound and/or unwound at least partially on the cable winch. The cable winch can be shifted and/or moved at least partially substantially along the longitudinal axis of the cable winch. A crane, particularly a deep sea crane, has at least one such cable winch device.

A cable winch device, in particular a cable winch device of a crane with at least one cable winch, with at least one cable, wherein the cable is at least partly wound up on the cable winch and/or can be wound up and/or unwound, and with at least one tilting means by means of which the cable which can at least partly be tilted and/or pivoted about an axis which is substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the cable winch. A crane, in particular to an offshore crane, having a hoist rope winch, a hydraulic hoist winch drive and an overload protection which is connected to the hoist winch drive and which, when a predetermined permitted limit load is reached, permits a drawing off of the hoist rope from the hoist rope winch under a predetermined variable restoring force dependent on the radius and/or the permitted working load of the crane. A decoupling of the hoist winch drive and thus a mechanical separation of the powertrain between the hoist rope winch and the hoist winch drive is therefore dispensed with and instead the retention force varying in dependence on the radius and/or the respectively permitted working load of the crane is provided by the hoist rope winch drive motor.
