A body for a recycling truck has a plurality of interior movable partitions dividing the interior of the body into compartments. The partitions are hinged at their top edges to pivot rearward of the body. The partitions are locked using a pneumatically activated lever, and the partitions may be locked and unlocked remotely. A trough is located alongside the body, and the trough has removable buckets or movable interior partitions so that trough divisions correspond to the interior partitions of the body. The roof has a movable panel enabling the trough contents to be dumped within the body, and the trough is operated by a driven chain and sprocket mechanism located at either end of it.

A switch actuation assembly is provided with a support means for supporting the switch in a fixed position relative to orientations of a moveable member. A motion response element is operably connected to the moveable member for being moved in one of two directions in response to movement of the moveable member toward one of the orientations and for being moved in the other of the two directions in response to the movement of the moveable member toward the other of the two orientations. An actuating member is provided for engaging the switch to actuate the switch from a first position to a second position. The actuating member is in frictional contact with the motion response element whereby the actuating member is moved by the response element until any force of resistance to the movement of the actuating member exceeds the static friction force.

Switch actuating assembly

A floating marker arm mechanism is disclosed. The marker arm mechanism comprises a bifolded marker arm pivotably mounted on a wheeled farm implement. The marker arm comprises first and second elongated members, pivotally connected together. The marker arm folds and is generally vertically disposed when not in use. When in use, the marker arm is extended outwardly from the wheeled implement and downwardly toward the ground. The marker arm mechanism of the present invention further includes a pivotable bracket removably affixed to the wheeled implement. The marker arm is pivotally mounted on the bracket. The bracket permits the arm to 'float' between upper and lower positions when extended outwardly toward the ground to permit a marker disc mounted on the free end of the arm to follow ground contours if any.

Floating marker arm mechanism

An implement wing frame folding apparatus is provided for a mobile machine and includes a main frame, a wing frame pivotally connected to the main frame, and a striker pin offset from the pivot axis of the wing frame. A float bar having first and second ends is provided with the first end pivotally connected to the wing frame. An actuating device is pivotally connected to and between the main frame and the float bar second end for selectively moving the float bar to pivot the wing frame between lowered and raised positions. A latch is pivotally mounted to the main frame for engaging the striker pin in an engaging position when the wing frame is in the raised position. A biasing mechanism is provided on the main frame for biasing the latch toward the engaging position.

An economical and effective auxiliary steering system for a vehicle having a relatively low maximum speed in reverse direction. A ground driven pump having an output when the vehicle is going forward is directed to a diverter valve, which valve is responsive to loss of hydraulic pressure in the main steering circuit to direct the said output to the main steering valve. A single spring loaded check valve isolates the main steering valve under auxiliary steering conditions.
