A connector arrangement for connecting heatable fluid lines including at least one first coupling component and at least one second coupling component. The first coupling component and the second coupling component being connectable to each other, and each including at least one first fluid line, at least one first fluid line interface, at least one first electrical conductor, and at least one first electrical interface. The second coupling component includes at least one second fluid lien, and at least one of the first and second coupling components includes at least one fluid line splitter.

Connector arrangement for connecting heatable fluid lines

A plug-type coupling for connecting first and second fluid lines or a sub-assembly, which are designed with a mating plug-type coupling. The plug-type coupling including a housing including a sleeve section with a receiving channel () for axially receiving an adapter sleeve. The adapter sleeve being removably held in a positive-locking manner. The adapter sleeve includes a through-opening for a plug shaft of the mating plug-type coupling and a retaining means for removable attachment of the mating plug-type coupling. In an assembled state, the retaining means axially blocks the mating plug-type coupling with respect to the assembly axis. A locking element is arranged on an outer circumference of the sleeve section and is axially movable from a release position, which releases the retaining means, into a locking position, which locks the retaining means. In the release position, the locking element is fixed against axial movement into the locking position.

Plug-type coupling with pre-assembly locking

A holding element for a terminal connector, having at least one socket part and at least one plug part, wherein the plug part can be inserted or is inserted in a socket portion of the socket part. The holding element can be plugged or is plugged onto the plug part for detachably holding the plug part in the socket part. The holding element has a holding element body, holding arms having latching lugs that are directed inwards with respect to the holding element, holding arms having latching lugs that are directed outwards with respect to the holding element, and axially on both sides, has an uninterrupted, continuous edge on the end side. The holding arms each have a free end that is spring-elastically movable in the radial direction, and an end opposite thereof that is fixed to the holding element body.

A connector, having a socket part and a plug part being insertable into a socket section of the socket part, wherein the plug part is provided with a retaining element for detachably retaining the plug part in the socket part, the retaining element having a retaining arm with at least one outwardly projecting engaging catch, a free end, and an end secured to the retaining element body and can be spring-elastically moved in the radial direction in relation to the plug part for blocking the engaging catch on a blocking surface or a blocking opening of the socket part and releasing it from same, and a locking device being provided for securing the blocking status of the plug part and socket part and for indicating an incorrect assembly thereof, the locking device cooperating with the retaining element, and being a radially insertable locking element that cooperates with the retaining element in the region of the retaining arm thereof.

Connector

A connector arrangement for conducting liquid urea solutions. The connector arrangement includes a distributor, with at least three connecting elements, and a connecting component, located between the connecting elements, with inner channels running within the connecting component. Three individual lines having connecting means are connected to the connecting elements of the distributor by the connecting means, and a housing surrounds the distributor and at least a part of the individual line. The distributor is disposed in the housing together with end sections of the connected individual lines. A channel line inner diameter of the inner channels and a total length of the inner channels and a wall thickness of the distributor in the connecting component are dimensioned such that ice pressure on the distributor, which occurs as a result of the freezing of a liquid within the distributor, does not result in any destruction.

Connection assembly, in particular for conducting aqueous urea solutions

A plug-type connector for media lines having a coupling part into which a plug part can be inserted. The plug part can be retainingly engaged in the coupling part by a retaining clip that has at least two pairs of spring arms. The clip can be premounted on the coupling part by latching of the spring arms. The clip is U-shaped wherein legs of the U-shape form the two pairs of spring arms, which pairs are arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal direction and are separated by a slot and are elastic in the radial and axial directions. The first pair of the spring arms interlockingly blocks the plug part against being pulling out of the coupling part, and the second pair of spring arms holds the retaining clip captively in the coupling part in pre-assembly and assembly positions.

Plug-type connector for media lines

A connector for connecting at least one fluid line with another fluid line or a power unit. The connector includes a housing, a mating connector and an adapter sleeve. The adapter sleeve includes positive-locking elements that retain the adapter sleeve engaged with the housing. The adapter sleeve further includes latching arms releasably retaining the mating connector in the adapter sleeve.

Plug connector for fluid lines, comprising an inner adapter sleeve

A line connector with two mutually separate flow paths for the connection of a pipe-in-pipe line. The line connector has an inner connecting element for connecting to an inner pipe of the pipe-in-pipe line, an outer connecting element for connecting to an outer pipe of the pipe-in-pipe line, a first attachment element for attachment of the first line to the inner pipe, and a second attachment element for attachment of the second line to the outer pipe. The inner connecting element and the first attachment element are integrally formed on a separate attachment part. The outer connecting element is integrally formed on a separate pipe adapter part. And, the second attachment element is integrally formed on a separate connecting sleeve. The connecting sleeve permits at both sides, in the unassembled state, being pushed over the outer pipe. The invention also relates to a line set including the line connector.

Line connector and line set for fluid media

A plug-in connector assembly for connecting at least one fluid line to another fluid line or to an aggregate connection. The plug-in connector assembly includes, a housing, a mating plug-in connector and an adapter sleeve. The mating plug-in connector and the adapter sleeve are received within a sleeve section of the housing, with the adapter sleeve operating to attach the mating plug-in connector to the housing in a releasable manner.
