An endoscopic clip device including a clip, a treatment instrument body comprising a sheath, an operation wire, and a distal connection portion, a sleeve accommodated inside the sheath and accommodating the connection portion in distal portion of the wire such that portion of inner diameter of the sleeve is smaller than outer diameter of the locking portion when the connection portion is drawable from the accommodation portion. The sleeve has diameter enlargement portion on distal side of the sleeve and elastically self-openable, a diameter reduction step portion on proximal side of the enlargement portion, and a sleeve body positioned on the proximal side of the enlargement portion from the step portion and having radial rigidity higher than that of the enlargement portion, and the inner diameter of the sleeve body is smaller than the outer diameter of the locking portion when the connection portion is drawable from the accommodation portion.

Endoscopic clip device and clip

According to the present invention, there is provided a clip cartridge in which a clip having a structure enabling a user to easily perform a series of procedures can be easily and reliably mounted on a treatment instrument body. A clip cartridge () according to the present invention includes an inner case () that has a first accommodation region () for accommodating a clip (), and an outer case () that has an elongated insertion hole () into which a treatment instrument body () is inserted, and a second accommodation region () which accommodates the inner case () so as to be movable. The treatment instrument body () is inserted into the insertion hole (), and an operation wire is pressed forward so that a distal connection portion and a diameter enlargement portion of the sleeve protrude from the sheath to a distal side and enter the second accommodation region (), and so that a diameter enlargement portion is elastically enlarged in diameter. The operation wire is further pressed so as to bring a distal connection portion and the clip () into a mutually connected state. The operation wire is pulled so that the inner case () moves backward relative to the outer case () so as to press the sleeve backward, thereby drawing the diameter enlargement portion into the sheath while reducing the diameter enlargement portion in diameter.

Clip cartridge

A medical treatment tool () includes a retractor main body () and a converter (). The retractor main body () forms a cylindrical shape and is placed in an incision. The converter () is detachably installed on an opening end () of the retractor main body () and closes the opening end (). Ports () to () through which treatment tools are respectively inserted into the retractor main body () are provided in a plurality of sites of the converter (). The converter () can be installed on the opening end () at an installation angle which is selected from a plurality of angles. The positional relationships of the ports () to () with respect to the retractor main body () when the converter () is installed on the opening end () at the respective installation angles become different from each other.

An endoscope hood () has a cylindrical shape with both ends opened and is mounted on a tip end portion () in a longitudinal axis direction of an endoscope () provided with an optical system at least including an observation system () and a treatment system to be used. The endoscope hood () is provided with an endoscope mounting unit () having a base end side opening () configured to be mounted on the tip end portion () of the endoscope () and a hood main body () having a tip end side opening () of which outer diameter perpendicular to the longitudinal axis direction is smaller than the outer diameter of the base end side opening (), wherein, in a state in which the base end side opening () is mounted on the tip end portion () and the tip end portion () is seen in the longitudinal axis direction, the optical system and the treatment system are located on the inside of the tip end side opening ().
