This invention is directed to a hydraulic material composition having high strength. The composition contains a hydraulic material, an ultra-fine particle, a water reducing agent and water. The hydraulic material contains 0 to 16.5% by weight of an aluminate phase consisting essentially of 3CaO.Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 and 4CaO.Al.sub.2 O.sub.3.Fe.sub.2 O.sub.3.

Hydraulic material composition having high strength

A hydraulic material composition having high strength contains a hydraulic material containing as main ingredients an alkaline earth metal oxide and aluminum oxide (Al.sub.2 O.sub.3), ultra-fine particles having a mean particle size smaller by one order or more than that of the hydraulic material, a metal aggregate and a plasticizer.

According to the invention, a mold assembly for molding an article is provided. The mold assembly is composed of at least male and female molds. At least one of the male and female molds is made of a hydraulic material composition having high strength containing a hydraulic material as a main ingredient. A molding face of at least one of the male and female molds is made of a substance other than the hydraulic material.
