An infusion pipe capable of achieving a flow rate higher or the same as that of a conventional product, and of easily joining to a cannula attached to an eyeball. The infusion pipe of the present invention is used in an ophthalmic operation with the infusion pipe joined to a cannula attached to an eyeball, and includes an insertion part to be inserted, at the time of joining to the cannula, inside a cannula piercing part, which is a part of the cannula for piercing the eyeball. A cross-section of the insertion part is an arc shape from which a part of a circle is cut out.

Infusion pipe

A cannula holder capable of securing a cannula to the holder at the time of piercing work, and easily removing the cannula from the holder using tweezers or the like. The cannula holder, to which a piercing needle for piercing an eyeball and a cannula are attached when attaching the cannula used in ophthalmic operations to the eyeball, includes claw portions that are formed on a front end of the cannula holder and which press sides of the cannula either at positions where said claw portions face each other or from multiple directions. A depression may be provided in a side of the front end of the cannula holder, allowing visibility of a part of a back end of the cannula from the depression.

Cannula holder

There is provided a cannula that suppresses leakage of vitreous humor, etc., from a slit through which a surgical tool is inserted. A cannula () used for piercing through an eyeball during an ophthalmic operation, includes: a pipe (); a cylindrical base () fitted together with the circumference of a base end of the pipe (); a resin cap () including a cover surface () covering the surface of the base end of the pipe () and a side surface () covering a cylindrical side surface of the base (); and a slit () passing through the center of the cover surface (). The outer diameter of the cylindrical side surface of the base () at a position where the cylindrical side surface of the base () touches the side surface () of the cap is larger than the inner diameter of the side surface of the cap.

Cannula

There is provided a piercing needle-equipped cannula that has a pre-attached piercing needle, and no deformation of the slit portion due to the piercing needle is left after the piercing needle is pulled out. A piercing needle-equipped cannula () includes: a cannula () pierced in an eyeball and used in ophthalmic operations; a resin cap () having a slit () opened in the cannula (); and a piercing needle () attached to the cannula (). The piercing needle () includes a needle main body () on a front end side, a base () on a base end side, and a slit piercing part () piercing the slit () in a state where the needle main body () and the base () are connected, and the cross-sectional area of the slit piercing part () is smaller than that of the thickest part of the needle main body ().

Piercing needle-equipped cannula

A vitreous body cutter that allows wide movement of an opening position at the end part of a pipe even when the pipe is thin and that allows suction of vitreous bodies etc. in a wide range. The vitreous body cutter includes: a pipe having an opening on the side of an end part; a cutter, which slides along the inner surface of the pipe; a power output section, which is connected to the pipe and slides the cutter; and an outer case, through which the pipe passes, and which includes the power output section inside; and further includes a joint for connecting the outer case to a cannula attached to an eyeball. The protrusion length of the pipe from the outer case can be changed.
