A locking and unlocking system includes a controller. The controller is configured to acquire a state of locking and unlocking of a vehicle that is locked and unlocked based on locking and unlocking instruction information acquired from a portable terminal, and send a notification to a first device associated with the vehicle, when the vehicle is not locked during a period of time from when the vehicle is unlocked based on the locking and unlocking instruction information acquired from the portable terminal until a first timing.

Locking and unlocking system

A delivery management system includes a client user terminal, a lock/unlock device, a delivery user terminal, and a processor. The client user terminal is used by a client user who submits a request to deliver the package to a predetermined compartment of a vehicle. The processor makes an electronic payment for a fee when a request to pay for the fee associated with a package has been made from the client user terminal. The processor issues authentication information to a delivery user terminal when the processor has made the electronic payment in a case where there is specification that the client user pays for the fee at the time of delivery of the package. The delivery user terminal makes a request of a lock/unlock device to lock or unlock the predetermined compartment with the authentication information. The lock/unlock device locks or unlocks the predetermined compartment.

A server device includes a controller. The controller is configured to acquire temperature information that is information associated with a temperature of a predetermined area inside a vehicle, the predetermined area being configured to store a luggage and the predetermined area being configured to be locked and unlocked. The controller is configured to acquire luggage information that is information on the luggage to be stored in the predetermined area, and determine whether the predetermined area is an environment suitable for storage of the luggage at a scheduled storage time of the luggage based on the luggage information and the temperature information.
