Method for additive manufacturing of at least one component comprises the manufacture, by depositing and selective melting of layers of powder, of at least one intermediate assembly comprising the component produced at an inclined angle and forming an angle of between 20&#xb0; and 70&#xb0; with a manufacturing support plate, a support interposed between the support plate and a lower base of the component, and at least one local supporting element resting against the rear frontal face of the component. During the selective-melting phases of the manufacturing step, incipient cracks are formed in regions of connection of the support and of the supporting element to the component. The component is separated from the support and the local supporting element after the manufacturing step by breaking of the connecting regions.

Method for powder-based additive manufacturing of a part, in particular a lining element for a tire mould

The disclosure relates to a selective laser sintering method of manufacturing a tread molding element, said tread molding element including at least a fine lamella adapted to mold a shallow sipe in a tire tread, the fine lamella having a length (L). The fine lamella is sintered in a plurality of portions (p) at different layers (N), in each layer (N) the laser beam sinters the portion (p) of the fine lamella in only one passage in the length (L) of the fine lamella without round-trip passage of the laser beam, the direction (D) of this passage being the same at the different layers (N) for building the different portions (p) of the fine lamella. The thickness (w) of the fine lamella is smaller than 0.2 mm, and the height (h) of the fine lamella is smaller than or equal to 2 mm.

Laser sintering method for manufacturing a tread molding element

A mould element () intended to be attached in a mould () for vulcanizing tires, the mould element () having the form of a skin with a thickness (E) comprised between 0.25 and 6 mm and comprising a bearing surface () with, on the opposite side, a moulding surface () intended to form all or part of the external surface of the tire. The mould element comprises a pattern () comprising a plurality of recessed () or protruding () elements, formed as integral parts of the mould element ().

Mould element comprising a high-contrast texture

A part obtained by selective melting of a powder on a support plate, this part comprising a main element and rigid secondary elements, these secondary elements supporting the main element between a lower surface of this main element and the support plate. Secondary elements are intended to be detached from the main element. The lower surface of the main element thus comprises a first surface portion and at least one second surface portion, and the first surface portion makes, with the support plate, an angle &#x3b1;of less than a predetermined value, and the second surface portion makes, with this support plate, an angle &#x3b1;greater than or equal to this predetermined value. The first surface portion is therefore entirely supported by the secondary elements and the second surface portion is partially supported by the secondary elements. A mould () for a tire, comprising two shells () that are each intended to mould a lateral sidewall of the tire, a ring of sectors () intended to mould a tread of the tire, each sector () of the ring of sectors comprising a radially inner face () having a moulding lining (). The mould () has microstructures () that are designed to fill a clearance between two moulding linings () of adjacent sectors () and/or between a moulding lining () of one sector () and a shell (), when the mould is closed.

Vulcanizing mould with enhanced sealing

A part obtained by selective melting of a powder on a support plate having a main element and rigid secondary elements arranged between the main element and the support plate, and adapted to be detached from the main element. All or part of the secondary elements comprises a body of thickness E and a head of width L greater than the thickness E of this body, the body connected to the support plate and the head connected to main element. All or part of the secondary elements includes a region of connection between the head and the body. The head of the secondary element extends over at most half the height H of this element.

Lining element intended to be inserted into a mold for molding and vulcanizing a tire tread, the lining element comprising a body and inserts inserted into this body, at least some of the inserts comprising a pattern comprising a plurality of recessed or projecting elements, the pattern being formed as an integral part of the inserts.

A molding element for a tire mold manufactured from a metallic powder fused together layer by layer, having a body, comprising a first surface intended to mold all or part of a tread surface of the tire and a second surface opposite to the first surface and intended to be in contact with another part of the mold, the thickness (E) of the body of the molding element being between 1 and 6 millimetres. The molding element has at least one cavity opening onto the second surface of this body. The molding element also has a plate positioned across the cavity and formed as one with the body of the molding element, being at the same level as the first surface of the body, and having at least one hole allowing air to pass between the first surface of the molding element and the second surface thereof.

Molding element of a mold for a tire, comprising a plurality of holes

A molding element for a tire mold manufactured from a metallic powder fused together layer by layer. The molding element contains a first surface intended to mold all or part of a tread surface of the tire and a second surface opposite to the first surface and intended to be in contact with another part of the mold. The thickness (E) of the molding element is between 1 and 6 millimeters. The molding element overall has a density greater than or equal to 98%. The molding element also contains at least one first porous area extending into the thickness of this molding element, this first porous area having a plurality of pores allowing air to pass between the first surface of the molding element and the second surface thereof.
