A method, network node and wireless device for fractional reuse of resources with flexible energy detection in unlicensed spectrum are disclosed. According to one aspect, a method in a network node includes associating each of a plurality of sets of resources within a cell with a different energy detection (ED) threshold, the resources in each set of the plurality of sets of resources being at least one of time resources and frequency resources. The method also includes assigning each set of resources of the plurality of sets of resources to a different set of a plurality of sets of wireless devices (WDs).

A server node and method therein for assisting a first wireless communication device and a second wireless communication device to seek each other in a wireless communication network are disclosed. The server node inquires positioning and movement information of the first and second devices and obtains information on a relative position between the first and the second devices. Systems and methods for a scalable test model for a cellular communications system having multiple different bandwidth and subcarrier combinations are disclosed. Embodiments of a method performed by a test node and corresponding embodiments of a test node are disclosed. In some embodiments, a method performed by a test node comprises generating a test signal for a particular bandwidth and subcarrier spacing combination, the test signal being in accordance with a test model that is scalable for a plurality of different bandwidth and subcarrier spacing combinations. By using the scalable test model, the test model can be flexibly used to test for different bandwidth and subcarrier spacing combinations.

According to certain embodiments, a method is performed by a radio node in order to configure a transmitter to communicate a signal. The method determines an Error Vector Measure (EVM) window for the signal. The EVM window is based on at least one of a signal bandwidth, a spectrum utilization, and a cyclic prefix length. A wireless communication device in a 3GPP NB-IoT wireless communication network operates during an inactivity period of an eDRX cycle. An activation procedure comprises calculating, in a time reference frame inherent to the wireless communication device, an earliest and a latest point in time for obtaining a narrowband master information block (MIB-NB) transmitted by a network node in a narrowband physical broadcast channel (NPBCH) during a single NPBCH transmission time interval. Between the calculated earliest point in time and latest point in time, radio receiver circuitry is activated in the wireless communication device and at least one radio subframe comprising the NPBCH is received and decoded. By this decoding, the MIB-NB is obtained, from which a system frame number (SFN) is read. A communication procedure then comprises activating the wireless communication device according to the eDRX cycle, and communicating, in a designated time interval as determined by the SFN, with the network node.
