Thrust piston pump with double valve assembly

A dispenser for discharging media has a duct (14) including a medium outlet (12), and a dosage carrier (34, 35) mounted on a base body (2) and including receptacles (36, 37) for receiving doses of the medium entirely enclosed in respective reservoir spaces (17), a medium holder (21) disposed beneath the reservoir spaces and adjacent the duct (14) for holding the medium when it is released from one of the reservoir spaces (17), and a device (44, 45) for opening one of the reservoir space (17) to allow the medium to be first deposited in the medium holder (21), and then picked up and conveyed out the medium outlet (12) by a transfer flow through the reservoir space (17).

A throat beak head (1) comprises an actuating press grip (8) having an integral beak (9) and located therein a filler (23) arranged in a mount (24) diametrally passing through the full length of said press grip (8) and fitted in the emerging direction (36) of the medium from the nozzle (10), as a result of which the risk of parts of the beak (9) being expelled due to the delivery pressure and gaining access to the windpipe when using the head (1) is substantially reduced.

A dispenser (1) includes in a casing (2) with a volume-variable storage chamber (11) for the medium, a discharge closure (10), whose closure member (50) is located directly adjacent to the discharge nozzle (8) and whose pressure dependently operating control device (18) is arranged completely within the casing (2). The control device (18) is located on a support unit (5) separate from the casing (2) and defining ducts (28, 29, 38, 47) for two separate media. Thus, while achieving simple construction and assembly, a contamination of the stored medium can be prevented.

Dispenser for media including a valved outlet

A discharge apparatus has an indicating device which can be set to different numbers of pump strokes with a handle and which can be operated rearwards by one step by each pump stroke performance. A pivot spout forming the medium outlet is formed by a tube with constant cross-sections. For securing the position of the discharge actuator and the spout there is a common securing device. The medium outlet can be closed in pressure-tight manner by a closure formed by the device. An outlet channel forms a channel system for the preparation of the medium during flow. This leads to a use-advantageous discharge apparatus.
