A pre-fabricated tourniquet that is easy to apply, that ensures consistent and even circumferential pressure, that is lightweight, that provides standard life saving operation, and that can be utilized in any setting or situation, and related methods are provided. Mechanically constricting tourniquet apparatus and related methods are provided that are comprised of a tourniquet body, a carriage, a torsion bar, a receiver, and a slider. The tourniquet is long enough to encircle a human limb, for example, an arm or leg. The tourniquet apparatus includes several features for preventing or otherwise limiting harm to users and/or damage to the tourniquet apparatus itself.

Hemorrhage control plate

A pre-fabricated pneumatic tourniquet apparatus and related methods are provided. The tourniquet is easy to apply, ensures consistent and even circumferential pressure, is light weight, provides standard life saving operation, and can be utilized in any setting or situation. The pneumatic tourniquet apparatus is comprised of a bladder, a reservoir chassis, a retaining cover, a receiver and a slider. The bladder is elongated in shaped&#x2014;long enough to wrap around most human limbs.

Pneumatic tourniquet apparatus and method of use

A foldable splint and method of use is provided. The foldable splint includes a main body divided into a plurality of panels and segments by a grid of living hinges. Each panel includes opposed first and second outer segments and a plurality of inner segments extending therebetween. By folding the main body along segment hinges, the splint is moved to a first rigid configuration for securing an appendage in a straight configuration. By further folding the splint at opposed pinch locations, the splint is moved to a second rigid configuration for securing an appendage in a bent configuration. By folding the splint along panel hinges, the splint is moved to a third rigid configuration for securing around an abdomen or pelvis of a user. When not in use, the splint can be moved back to the stowable configuration by folding the various panels over each other.

Rigid immobilization system for extremities splint apparatus, systems and methods

Apparatus, methods, and systems for junctional hemorrhage control and pelvic stabilization are provided. The hemorrhage control plate includes a baseplate and a bulbous node extending outwardly. It is positioned against a patient's body such that it aligns with an artery. It is used in connection with a tourniquet to occlude blood flow at a junctional hemorrhage site. The device includes tabs to attach to the tourniquet.
