A circulation unit for connecting to a lubricator suitable for housing a wireline operated tool string for collecting debris within a petroleum well. The circulation unit comprises a house with an upper lubricator connection and at least one lower internal seal member adapted to seal against an outer surface of the tool string. The circulation unit has an outlet above the seal member, the outlet being connected to a reservoir. The circulation unit has a lower lubricator connection. The house, upper lubricator connection and lower lubricator connection form a through passage for the tool string. The upper lubrication connection and lower lubrication connection are adapted for connection to a pressurized lubricator. The tool string includes a wellbore cleanout tool with filling means. The wellbore cleanout tool comprises an outlet for unloading collected debris in a lubricator assembly comprising the lubricator and the circulation unit.

Device for emptying a wireline operated wellbore debris clean out tool and a method for using the device

A dump bailer for being filled with a flowable material in a lubricator assembly and for depositing the flowable material in a wellbore, wherein the dump comprises a filling valve for filling flowable material into the dump bailer and a means for orientation of the dump bailer along a longitudinal axis. The invention also relates to a lubricator assembly configured to allow filling a flowable material into a dump bailer positioned within the lubricator assembly, wherein the lubricator assembly comprises an inlet for injection of flowable material and a guide for providing the dump bailer with a correct position and orientation. The invention further relates to a method for filling a flowable material into a dump bailer positioned within a lubricator assembly and for depositing the flowable material in a wellbore.

The downhole tool comprises: (i) a housing connected with a collection chamber for receiving debris, the housing having an opening for collecting the debris from the petroleum well, the opening in fluid communication with the collection chamber through the housing; (ii) a rotatable shaft with transport blades arranged within the housing and extending from the opening to the collection chamber, the rotatable shaft configured for transporting debris from the opening to the collection chamber in operational use; (iii) an annular area defined between the rotatable shaft and an inner wall of the housing and (iv) a valve configured for keeping debris in the collection chamber. The valve is located within the housing between the opening and the collection chamber. The valve comprises a seal member with a movable part mounted in the annular area and around the rotatable shaft. The valve is opened when the movable part moves in direction of the collection chamber and is configured such that the movable part of the seal member is only movable in the direction towards the collection chamber when closed. The downhole tool provides a valve, which is easily opened, requiring a very small force, while providing a very good sealing effect when the seal member is closed.

Downhole debris-collecting tool having an improved valve

A receptacle is formed with a bottom end and a top end and houses an auger conveyor. The system includes at least one bottom sub comprising an inlet end and an outlet end. The outlet end is releasably connectable to a receptacle bottom end. At least one top assembly, comprising a house with an entrance releasably connectable to the receptacle top end and an outlet for connection to an outlet line, and a chamber within the house. The chamber forms a flow path between the entrance and the outlet. A retention tank is connected to the at least one top assembly outlet by the outlet line. A pump is connected to the retention tank on a pump suction side by a supply line, and the pump on the pressure side being connected to the at least one bottom sub by an inlet line.

System and method for cleaning a receptacle

This invention relates to a hydrate plug remover for removal of a hydrate plug in a tube. The hydrate plug remover includes a collecting container provided with a valve in a lower end portion. The valve connects the collecting container to surroundings of the hydrate plug remover. The collecting container in an upper end portion is provided with a circulation gate connecting the collecting container to the surroundings of the hydrate plug remover.

A method for removal of a hydrate plug () in a tube () in connection with a petroleum well () is described. A hydrate plug remover () is included having a collecting container (). The method includes the steps of positioning the hydrate plug remover () in a sluice (); filling the sluice () with a hydrate dissolving fluid; filling the collecting container () provided with a valve () in the lower end portion () of the collecting container () with hydrate dissolving fluid through the valve (); pressure testing the sluice (); displacing the hydrate plug remover () from the hydrate plug () and letting the hydrate dissolving fluid flow towards the hydrate plug () through a circulation gate () in the upper end portion () of the collecting container (); leading loosened hydrate from the hydrate plug () into the collecting container () via the valve (); and displacing the hydrate plug remover () to the sluice () where the collecting container () is emptied of hydrate through the circulation gate () while hydrate dissolving fluid flows into the collection container () through the valve (). A hydrate plug remover for performing the method is also described.

Method and device for removal of a hydrate plug

An actuator for connecting to and displacing of a component in a well tubular is disclosed. The actuator includes a tool shaft provided with a radial direction spring-loaded gripping device which are complementary fitting in the component.
