It is an objective to provide a fluid quality measurement device. According to an embodiment, a fluid quality measurement device is configured to: obtain a plurality of holograms, wherein each hologram in the plurality of holograms represents a microscopic object in a fluid sample; produce a latent space representation of each hologram using a trained autoencoder neural network; assign each hologram in the plurality of holograms to a class based on the latent space representation of the hologram; and produce a fluid sample fingerprint based on the assignment of the plurality of holograms into the plurality of classes.

Fluid quality monitoring

A method having the steps of obtaining prepared image data captured by an image sensor receiving light propagated across a sample volume, containing a fluid possibly comprising microscopic objects of foreign origin, while illuminating the sample volume by coherent light. The prepared image data comprising, for a microscopic object, a prepared hologram pattern with prepared spatially alternating intensity formed by the interference fringes; providing filtered image data, comprising automatically filtering the prepared image data by an edge enhancing filter. the filtered image data comprising, for a prepared hologram pattern, a filtered hologram pattern. The presence of the microscopic object associated with the filtered hologram pattern in the sample volume of the fluid is automatically detected on the basis of the filtered hologram pattern.

Detecting microscopic objects in fluids by optical sensing

A measuring arrangement having an illuminating arrangement to emit coherent light; a cuvette defining an inner volume for receiving a fluid possibly comprising microscopic objects of foreign origin, the cuvette being arranged to receive the coherent light and let it exit therefrom through opposite entrance and exit openings, the entrance opening being closed by an entrance window. The possible microscopic objects present in the fluid scatter part of the light, the scattered and non-scattered light interfering to form interference fringes. An image sensor is configured to capture a hologram digital image frame by receiving the light propagated across the cuvette. An exit window is arranged to close the exit opening of the cuvette. The image sensor is mounted in direct contact with the cuvette.

Measuring arrangement for in-line holography microscopy

A display laminate which includes a front electrode layer, a display material layer and a protective film layer, wherein the protective film layer and the display material layer are narrower than the front electrode layer and wherein the protective film layer and the display material layer have a common edge with the front electrode layer on a first side and a common edge with each other but not with the front electrode layer on an opposite side.

Display laminate formed as a continuous web

An apparatus for processing display laminate, wherein the display laminate includes a front electrode layer, a display material layer and a protective film layer. The display laminate is continuous. A section of protective film layer is continuously removed from the edge of the display laminate by a cutting unit while the display laminate is running through the cutting unit. After removing the section of the protective film layer, a section of the display material layer located at the same edge as the removed section of the protecting film layer is continuously removed by spraying medium in a spraying unit while the display laminate is running through the spraying unit.

Method and apparatus for processing display laminate

A method and an apparatus for processing display laminate, wherein the display laminate comprises a front electrode layer (), a display material layer () and a protective film layer (). The display laminate is continuous. A section of protective film layer () is continuously removed from the edge of the display laminate by a cutting unit () while the display laminate is running through the cutting unit (). The invention relates to method for imaging measurement of a moving or flowing target and to an imaging measuring device for implementing the aforementioned method. Moreover, the invention relates to the use of information measured by means of imaging measurement in the control and/or adjustment of a process. According to the invention, electromagnetic radiation obtained from the moving or flowing target (T) is focused by means of imaging optics to produce an image to the screen of a two-dimensional matrix detector at least via a first and a second filter (F, F) which transmit electromagnetic radiation in manners differing from each other. Said at least first and second filter form on the screen of the detector at least a first and a second filter area (FR, R) that partly cover the light-sensitive area (DA) of the detector. The properties of the target (T) are determined spectroscopically by comparing and/or combining spectrally resolved information, which is recorded when a pixel which corresponds to a determined part of the target kto be measured and is focused on the screen (DA) of the matrix detector without beamsplitting travels under the effect of the movement of the target (T) via said at least first and second filter area (FR, FR). The area of the screen (DA) of the detector remaining outside siad filter areas (FR, FR) is used for other kind of imaging non-spectroscopic measurement and/or visualization of the target.
