An electronic apparatus for monitoring the remaining storage period of frozen foods. The apparatus includes an electro-optical display, a control electronics with a memory or data storage, input elements for entering the data with regard to the frozen foods (type of commodity, remaining storage period) as well as one switch element for initiating the storage of the data in the apparatus, and wherein subsequent to the input of the data regarding a commodity which is to be newly stored, there appears on the display an identification number which has not been taken as yet and which is assigned to these data, which is to be applied onto the commodity and serves for the later identification thereof in the freezer; and wherein, after the expiration of the remaining storage period, there is generated an applicable warning signal.

A circuit arrangement for the control of a ventilator, especially for a stream or vapor vent hood which is located above a cooking range, in dependence upon steam or vapor clouds which are drawn towards the ventilator. An ultrasonic transmission path having an ultrasonic transmitter and an ultrasonic receiver is located in front of the ventilator, with a receiving circuit demodulating the signal which appears at the ultrasonic receiver; wherein an evaluating or sample-and-hold circuit evaluates any fluctuations in the input signal encountered over a period of time and which are based on the presence of steam or vapor clouds in the ultrasonic transmitting path, and counts these signals within a time frame, and wherein a comparator circuit compares the result of the count with preset values and, in accordance therewith, activates the ventilator.

Circuit arrangement for the control of a ventilator

An electronic acoustic signal emitter which includes a piezo-ceramic plate on a metal membrane, and with a circuit board which supports the electronic components. A ring-shaped conductive path with a diameter which is generally as equally large as the metal membrane is arranged on the circuit board in addition to the conductive paths for the components and is electrically connected therewith, which serves as a conductive path and carrier for the metal membrane.

A process and an arrangement for generating control signals in a predeterminable phase position relative to an alternating voltage at an at least short term-stable frequency through the utilization of a higher-frequencied, at least short term-stable auxiliary timing pulse. The process contemplates determining the duration of a presettable number of periods of the alternating voltage, in which there are counted the periods of a first auxiliary timing pulse occurring within this duration; counting the periods of a second auxiliary timing pulse of a different frequency which is correlated over a period of time with the first auxiliary timing pulse; and upon coincidence of the period count of the first and second auxiliary timing pulses, generating the control signal. The circuit arrangement consists of standard digital circuits. In particular, with the utilization of the circuit arrangement within the broader circuit concept, can there be employed an already present synchronizing or timing pulse frequency generation of suitable type inasmuch as, besides the adequate level of the timing pulse frequency, no special requirements are set on the quality of the timing pulse.

Process for generating control signals in a predeterminable phase

An electronic circuit for the performing of a monostable switching function in a bistable relay through the conversion of binary input signals into control signals for the bridge switching circuit consisting of two bridge branches with complementary operating electronic switches. The flow direction of the current is reversible in the relay through intermediary of the bridge switching circuit, and the relay is switchable at each change in the level of the input signal through a pulse with a predetermined energy content.

Electronic control circuit for the performing of a monostable switching

An electronic control circuit for the formation of a monostable switching behavior in a bistable relay, including a logic circuit for the conversion of binary input signals into control signals for a switching circuit through which the direction of current flow is reversible within the relay, whereby the relay is switchable at each status change of the input signal. The electronic control circuit includes at least one time pulse generating circuit with an at least single-step divider circuit, wherein the input signal is applied to an interrogating circuit through which first control signals can be generated immediately after each status change of the input signal and in synchronism with a predetermined timing pulse, and in which the switching circuit consists of a bridge circuit controlled by the first control signals, through which the relay is supplied with short power pulses whose polarity can be reversed by the control signals.
