A device for controlling the temperature of vehicle bodies, in particular for drying painted vehicle bodies, having a housing in which a temperature control tunnel and at least one pressure chamber separated therefrom by a wall are provided. In said wall there is a plurality of conventional nozzles via which temperature controlled air, which is introduced into the pressure chamber, is applied in particular in the upper region of the vehicle body. At least one nozzle device is provided which has a plurality of nozzle openings on the side thereof facing the vehicle body and at least roughly following the geometry of the lower region of the vehicle body at a distance from the vehicle body, which is smaller than the distance of the other nozzles arranged in the same wall.

Device for controlling the temperature of vehicle bodies

A system for tempering vehicle bodies having a housing, a tempering tunnel in the housing, at least one pressure chamber in a housing and separated by a wall from the tempering tunnel, a plurality of nozzles in the wall and an air tempering unit which introduces tempered air into the pressure chamber in such a way that the tempered air flows in through the nozzles into the tempering tunnel and acts on the vehicle body. At least one nozzle unit is oriented and has a range that is wide enough, such that the air stream exiting the nozzle unit passes through an opening in the vehicle body on the side facing the nozzle unit and acts on an inner face of the vehicle body on the opposite side.

System for tempering vehicle bodies

A method for separating overspray from the cabin exhaust air of coating systems, in particular of painting systems, which is laden with overspray, the overspray is taken up by an air flow and conveyed to an electrostatically operating separating device. There, the bulk at least of the solids is separated from the overspray at at least one separating surface. An electrically conductive material or material mixture is used as a separating agent, which is applied to the at least one separating surface of the separating device and at the operating temperature of the separating device has a wax-like consistency. Also a separating device with such a wax-like material and a system for coating articles.

Method and device for electrostatically separating overspray with an absorption agent

A method and device for separating overspray from the cabin exhaust air of coating systems which is laden with overspray, wherein the overspray is taken up by an air flow and conveyed to an electrostatically operating separating device. There, the bulk at least of the solids is separated from the overspray at a separating area of at least one separating surface. A cohesive material web is used as a separating agent, which is disposed at least partly along the separating area of the at least one separating surface and during operation of the separating device is electrically conductive at least in the separating area of the at least one separating surface.

Method and device for the electrostatic separation of overspray

A device for separating paint overspray from the cabin exhaust air of painting systems which is laden with overspray having at least one separating surface, on which the cabin exhaust air can be guided along and which is electrically conducting and connected to a pole of a high voltage source. An electrode device arranged in the air stream is associated with the separating surface and connected to the other pole of the high voltage source. Paint overspray is transported away from the separating surface by an electrically conducting separating fluid, which can be fed to the separating surface and flows over the separating surface so that a large part at least of the solids pass from the cabin exhaust air flowing past into the separating fluid.

Device for separating paint overspray

A device for separating overspray from the cabin exhaust air of painting systems includes at least one separating surface, on which the exhaust air is guided and which is connected to a pole of a high voltage source. An electrode device arranged in the air stream is associated with the separating surface and connected to the other pole of the high voltage source. The separated paint overspray is transported away from the separating surface with a separating fluid, which flows over the separating surface-from top to bottom. A discharge device having a channel open at the top is present, from which the separating fluid exits along the longitudinal extension of the discharge device when the level of the separating fluid in the channel exceeds an exit level, and reaches the separating surface such that the separating fluid flows downward on the separating surface as a substantially adhering layer.

In a method for removing solids from overspray produced when painting objects, the overspray is absorbed by an air flow and is conducted to a deposition surface, across which a deposition liquid flows and where a large part of at least the solids is transferred into the deposition liquid, is discharged by said deposition liquid, and is removed from the liquid by means of a deposition process. A deposition liquid is used and disclosed which comprises a detackifying medium and an optional suspending fluid, paint overspray particles being detackified using the detackifying medium.

Method for the deposition of paint overspray, and deposition liquid

A device for guiding powdery fluidic media, in particular powder paint, including a receptacle which is provided with an inner chamber for the media which is to be guided, and from where the medium is suctioned via a connection channel which can be closed by a valve body. The connection channel and the valve body comprise, respectively, an upper end area formed in such a manner that an annular Venturi nozzle is formed therebetween which is used as a pump. The valve body is inserted in a sealed manner in the end region of the connecting channel by a sealing section when in the closed position thereof and comprises a conveyor gas channel which can impinged upon by conveyor gas, through which the conveyor gas can be guided to the connection channel in the vicinity of the sealing section, essentially, in the direction of flow of the medium.
