The invention relates to a blade for screens for the treatment of a fibrous suspension, said blade being mountable on a rotor of the screen. According to the invention, the blade has a curved leading edge or curved envelope of the leading edge, the curvature extending in the direction of the trailing edge, and a curved trailing edge or curved envelope of the trailing edge, said curvature extending in the same direction as the other one. The invention also relates to a screen comprising a rotor on which the disclosed blades are mounted.

A method for controlling operation of a flotation cell, where the liquid level and the foam level in the cell are measured and controlled. The method includes measuring at least one quality characteristic of the accept leaving the cell and determining the set value(s) for the liquid level and/or the foam level on the basis of the measured quality characteristic. The method is particularly suitable for flotation of a pulp suspension, particularly in deinking flotation.

Process for controlling operation of a flotation cell

A device and process for aerating dispersions, particularly for flotation of pulp suspensions, in a de-inking process. The process includes at least two stages, where each stage has a separate liquid circulating system which sucks in the gas or air and mixes it with the liquid. The device has at least two flotation cells, with each of the cells having a separate injector and a separate circulation system including a pump.
