A system for establishing a client/server type relationship in a hybrid peer to peer network connects a first peer () to a second peer () implementing a predetermined function (F) in that peer to peer network. To this end, the first peer () has a superpeer () capable of establishing a list (LF) of the active peers () implementing the function (F) in the service of the peers of the network and of sending that list (LF) to its peer (). The first peer () can then establish a client/server type relationship with a second peer () selected in that list (LF).

System and method for establishment of a client/server type relationship in a peer-to-peer network

A method for determining the dynamics of a logical network, said network comprising a plurality of communication nodes (, i, k). The method comprises obtaining (), in a node () of the network, of at least one item of information (Li, Jk) relating to a modification of the neighborhood of said node, in the course of a predetermined period. The method also comprises determining (), in said node of the network, of a local dynamics corresponding to at least one sum of at least part of the information obtained.
