The invention relates to a closing device which comprises a stationary part () and a pant () which is displacably mounted thereon. Tumblers (Z-Z) are arranged by means of a key () in order to release the displaceable part (). Said tumblers (Z-Z) are maintained in a locking position by means of the locking element (). The locking element () can be adjusted by means of a drive () in order to release the tumblers (Z-Z), which can be controlled via an electronic control device ().

Closing device

The invention relates to a closing device which includes a stationary part and a part which is displaceably mounted thereon. Tumblers are arranged by means of a key in order to release the displaceable part. These tumblers are maintained in a locking position by means of the locking element. The locking element can be adjusted by means of a drive in order to release the tumblers, which can be controlled via an electronic control device.

The invention relates to an electromechanical lock cylinder, comprising a first cylinder half (), arranged on the outside of the door, with a key passage () for a security key () and a second cylinder half (), arranged on the inside of the door, with a rotating knob rotor (). Tumblers in the first cylinder half () are arranged for rotational release by a security key (). An electronic device () is arranged in the rotating knob () for control of a locking device (). The locking cylinder has a basic code which can be changed using at least one change key ('). A rotor () is mounted in a cylinder housing () and has a keyway () into which a shank of a standard key which is provided with control surfacescan be pushed in order to position the tumblers which are arranged in three first rows (A, B, C). Further tumblers have coding elements () which are arranged in further bores in the cylinder housing () in a programming position of the rotor (). The change key (&#x2032;) interacts with three further rows (D, E, F) of tumblers in the programming position, these tumblers being arranged in slides. These further rows (D, E, F) each contain tumblers having coding elements (C). The locking cylinder can be produced with a smaller outside diameter and be installed in a particularly cost-effective manner.

Locking cylinder

The rotary locking cylinder comprises a housing () and at least one rotor () provided with a key channel (). Tumblers are provided to rotationally release the armature () with a key () associated therewith. A driver () is provided with at least one extension element () on the active part () of the rotary cylinder. Said extension element comprises a housing () and a rotatable insert (). At least one extension element () is arranged on an outer side on the active part () at a distance from the driver (). The key shank is extended in a manner which corresponds substantially to the length (A) of the extension element (). Preferably, the rotatable insert () of the extension element () is profiled.

The safety key has a shank () which is provided with a plurality of control surfaces () for properly positioning tumblers and has a front end and a rear end (). At a front end (), the rotor () of the associated locking cylinder () has at least one further control surface (), which interacts with a further control surface () arranged at the rear end () of the shank (). The safety key is backward compatible and is relatively difficult to copy.

The invention relates to a built-in safety device comprising a housing ( ) and a rotor ( ) mounted therein. Tumblers ( ) are mounted in the housing ( ) and in the rotor ( ). The maximal length (A) of the built-in safety device ( ) is approximately 40 mm, and the effective part ( ) of the key ( ) is essentially as long as the rotor ( ). In addition, the rotor ( ) is constructed as one piece and can be operated from both sides thereof. The inventive built in safety device can be installed in a mortise lock more easily than a cross-key bit safety device and permits the production of a locking system.

The lock bolt has a bolt tip (2) a bolt head (3) whose back wall (4) is intended to rest against a housing pin for sliding this pin into the rotary closure cylinder (24). The bolt tip (2) is supported on the bolt head (3) with a spring engaged between the bolt tip (2) and the bolt head (3) so that it can slide in a limited fashion between an inner and an outer position. The bolt head (3) has a longitudinal bore (5) in which the bolt tip (2) is supported so that it can slide. The lock bolt to a large extent prevents unlocking attempts in which vibrational movements are exerted on the tumblers.

Rotating locking cylinder for a safety lock

A key and an installation double cylinder for a security lock is disclosed with two cylinder halves, a cylinder core and tumblers which are constructed as core pins and housing pins and can be brought into line by means of the key, which can be inserted into the keyway to release the cylinder core for rotation. The key has, at its bit, a lengthening element by which the tumblers in an oppositely located cylinder half can be brought into line for free turning. The cylinder half on the outside of the door can have a solid rotor of hardened steel which protects the cylinder half on the inside.

The rotary locking cylinder has a housing with a longitudinal bore hole in which a rotor is inserted. In the lower region of the bore hole, a groove-shaped recess is worked into the housing, a blocking insert being inserted into this recess. This blocking insert projects into the key groove and prevents the rotor from being turned by force so as to shear off the tumbler pins. When employing unauthorized opening methods, the blocking insert must be held against the repelling force of spring elements in an inactive position, which substantially impedes such unauthorized methods or even renders them impossible.

A rotary locking cylinder for a safety lock has a housing and a crosspiece. A recess is incorporated in the crosspiece from the top, a locking element being inserted into this recess. The recess connects an upper outer side of the crosspiece with a transverse bore hole in an arm of the crosspiece. In the assembled state, the crosspiece is inserted into a recess of the cylinder pocket and connected with a transverse pin. In order to secure the transverse pin against longitudinal displacement in the cylinder pocket, this transverse pin has a circumferential groove in which the locking element engages from above. In order to exchange the crosspiece, the rotary locking cylinder is rotated about its longitudinal axis in such a way that the cylinder pocket is on top. During rotation, the locking element falls downward due to the force of gravity and releases the transverse pin. The rotary locking cylinder can be lengthened or shortened at the installation site without a reduction in strength by exchanging the crosspiece.
