The present disclosure relates to a barrier against arthropod crawling along a structure. The barrier comprising an outer housing defining a cavity and an access opening. An inner shaft is disposed along a common axis with the outer housing having a mounting member for connecting to an associate structure. An arthropod deterring ingredient is disposed in the cavity for creating an arthropod deterring environment. A baffle cap is slidable along the inner shaft and moveable from and extended position abutting a baffle platform and collapsible to engage the outer housing in a closed position, each position having a snap close fit. Positioning lugs are adapted to fasten the baffle cap in the extended position. The positioning lugs comprise a radial protuberance that is perpendicularly extended from the common axis along the inner shaft.

Assured snap enclosure apparatus and improvement

A barrier implement intended for obstructing a route of travel of crawling arthropods along a passageway comprises a sheet configured to circumscribe a passageway along which arthropods crawl. A dimension of the sheet is sized or molded relative to said passageway. An arthropod deterring component associated with said sheet for deterring said crawling arthropods and impeding their route of travel along said passageway. In a method of impeding a route of travel of crawling arthropods from moving along a passageway from a location A to a location B, an arthropod deterring component is associated with a sheet. The sheet separates location A from location B and creates a vermin-impervious barrier therebetween. A route of travel of crawling arthropods from moving from location A to location B is impeded.

Device for impeding a route of travel of crawling arthropods

Gasket devices having a crawling arthropod deterring substance for fitting adjacent to connection points to permanent fixture objects on walls, ceilings and floors to interior spaces. The novel gasket devices can be used for protecting gaps and spaces between permanent fixtures such as shower heads, faucets, drainpipes, incoming waterlines into various rooms such as but not limited to bathrooms and/or kitchens, and anywhere these fixtures exist. Additionally, the gasket devices can be used for protecting gaps and spaces between other permanent fixtures such behind plates such as but not limited to electrical sockets, switches, cables, telephone jacks thermostats, and the like. Additionally, the gasket devices can be used behind ventilation vent covers, and the like. Finally, the gasket covers can be used about wall mounted stems of on hanging fixtures such as lights, chandeliers, and ceiling fans, and the like.

Methods and devices for impeding crawling arthropods from entering enclosed and semi-enclosed spaces

A barrier against arthropods crawling along a surface comprises a soft pliable polymer collar portion adapted for tight and substantially continuous receipt against a surface. A mounting portion secures the collar to the surface and serves to preventing relative motion between the collar and the surface. A generally continuous flared skirt member extends from the collar and is comprised of a soft pliable polymer having a arthropod-deterring ingredient molded therein. The skirt defines an unobstructed access opening opposite the collar. The opening is defined by an end of the generally continuous skirt.

Barrier against crawling arthropods

A holder for isolating an article from a surface is comprised of a receiving member for retaining an article in a position removed from a surface. A crawling arthropod-deterring component is applied at least adjacent to lower periphery of the receiving member. A base situated below the receiving member supports and stabilizes the receiving member and distributes a load applied by the retained article.

Coaster for shielding against crawling arthropods

A vermin barrier comprises a vertically extending support member having a substantially planar exterior surface adapted for receipt adjacent a parallel surface. A shield member extends from the planar member such that the shield member and the planar member together define an interior region. A pesticide is disposed within said interior region such that a route of travel barrier and vapor head are created for deterring vermin from entering the interior region.

Vermin barrier

A barrier against vermin crawling along an elongated structure. The barrier comprises an outer shell having a generally continuous side wall and an end wall which together define a cavity. A mounting means connects the outer shell to the elongated structure, and a pesticide is disposed inside the cavity for providing a vermin-deterring environment therein.
